Curb Your Enthusiasm - Season 10 - Page 4 - OOTV -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

I've been championing this season ITT thus far, but E5 was a misfire. Strained concepts, poor execution and stuff that was way too predictable. Best part was the signs on Larry's spite store - Cheaper Prices! No Wobbly Tables! Hard Scones! Oh well, onto the next one!

The show has become a parody of its former self. The show was great because it at least tried to be somewhat subtle. Now, everything is first level.

Like, her job is a professional cryer? Why couldn't she just have been an actress & Larry watches some of her movies and notices she's always crying.

He's exploring interesting ideas this season but the execution is pretty bad.

I'll still watch it because it's better than anything else but I am let down. I think the show misses Marty's energy/presence.

Seinfeld had a rule that there would never be any hugging or scenes with feelings, so I'm glad they just subbed someone else in. Curb kind of broke the rule when Larry and Lorretta danced in the Christmas episode.

I thought E6 was a step up from E5, but still weaker by comparison to the first four of this season. The Fred Armisen stuff got old fast. Chris Martin was surprisingly decent and the bathroom stuff was great. I also marvel at how Leon - a character I barely tolerated in the past couple of seasons - seems great all of a sudden.

I've been as bearish on this season as anyone, but this episode was infinitely better than every episode this season other than episodes one and four, and I think I probably enjoyed it more than I did episode four.

Episode two was meh, maybe not awful, but every other episode not mentioned so far has been complete trash and among the very worst of the show's lifespan, easily. I am definitely rooting for the show ending this season because the three really bad eps were very painful and disappointing to watch as a massive fan of this show over the years.

This was the first episode since the opener that I actually enjoyed, but I do think no way he ruins magical vagina sex before bringing up the $$$. Maybe immediately after the sexing, but no way right before that moment.

Either way this episode felt the most natural Curb style episode to me of any this season, although Richard Lewis is basically unwatchable in is old state.

You know, you guys could just choose not to watch. No need to hope and root for anything; you have the power to be the change you seek.

Many of us are still enjoying it though and I for one hope he keeps making the show as long as he wants to. Even if it's hit or miss, there's nothing else like it.

I could def watch a curb spin-off starring jon hamm in the LD role.

loved this ep and my only nit-pick (and it's totally minor just a personal pet peeve when ppl get pissed off about something no one in the history of the world would ever get upset about) is come on no one ever gets offended if you ask what they ordered or for a food rec.
