OMG this was soo good. One of the all time best curb episodes IMO. Season 9 was a huge let down and I was afraid it was all down hill from here , but this did not disappoint one bit.

I just watched all 9 seasons in the last 2 weeks or so to catch up. Lots of funny stuff but long periods without laugh out loud stuff.

This season opener was funny, when he quoted Trump tied in with the Weinstein bit. lol

Episode 2 was just ok imo. Nothing memorable.

I’m starting to wonder if they filmed all these episodes before Bob Einstein died. He died in early January last year. Not sure.

This season he's being a bit more of an ******* than usual. Usually he is a bit of a dick, but in the right. This season he's often in the wrong and just being an ass for the sake of it. Still decent start to the season though.

2/3 through ep 3 and I’m compulsively checking the episode length progress because I can’t wait for it to be over. Had high hopes for this season after episode 1 but this one has been terrible so far and the second episode was also pretty meh.

EDIT: Just finished episode. It somehow got even worse. Has to be in the running for worst episode the show has ever done, just a total misfire on every front.

This episode just didn't feel like a Curb episode. It felt like an episode made by someone who has watched Curb, but doesn't actually "get" Curb. It was corny and slapstick in a way that Curb usually does a lot smoother. I saw that Cheryl Hines directed it. I don't think she quite gets the tone of the show from a direction perspective.
