You'd think so, but replacing it would require NBC to develop some sort of quality programming in the next few years. I don't think they'll ditch a critical darling if the best they can come up with to replace it is Perfect Couples-style pablum that doesn't get either critical accolades or ratings.

I get happy every time they show ads for "Whitney" Thursdays after The Office, because it looks absolutely terrible, and there is one more show they will cancel before Community.

If Whitney makes it to the mid season break ill be beyond shocked.

Whatever genius thought it was a good idea to build a sitcom around an unfunny woman with no name recognition and even less acting ability needs firing.

as much as I love Community and all the subtlties and running gags, I just watched Arrested Development for the 15th time and Community doesnt hold a candle. that's not even a knock

I always thought Community Colleges were strictly 2 year schools and you earned an associates degree and after that you qualified for a university whereas you might have not been eligible/qualified out of high school due to poor grades or GED or whatever

I admit I watched a few episodes of perfect couples, and it definitely made me smile and even laugh on occasion. still a terrible show, but definitely funnier than this pos plus olivia munn is definitely hotter

I actually got a couple more laughs from that trailer than I thought I would (the biggest one was Whitney with the hammer), but there was also lots of lame stereotyping and bad-standup-type jokes.

That scene where the guy terribly says the line "Whit, you can't wear white to a wedding!" followed by the awful laugh track sounded like something you'd see in a simpsons scene parodying ****ty sitcoms.

I smiled at "Dr. Quinn" when she first said it. That could be funny if Troy said it, similar to when he was trying to find a word other than "fight" in the season 1 Christmas episode. Of course the dude's response was awful and ruined the whole bit.
