from what i understand joss has a great reputation for being good to actors. you can see he hires a lot of the same ones over and over.

charisma said she was nervous about leaving buffy and going to angel, so joss told her that if angel didn't work out she could come back to buffy.

decided to take a break after I ended s05. kinda mad at myself because I read some spoilers itt, like your spoiler about buffy's death. thought it was about something I had already watched in the season since I was in the penultimate episode, then BAM.
reading the spoilers made me lose a bit of interest.
will probably watch everything at once when I restart watching though.

ugh. idk if i said this in my post, but i was spoiled about that event too, but it ended up being good anyway.

episode 6.12 is incredible though. it's not for everyone, but risk/reward ratio makes it worth a watch.

hopefully you get back to it at least enough to make it up to there.

i don't want to spoil it for you. i'd say there is a 30% chance you don't like it, and a 90% chance youre like "wtf.... wow", and a 30% chance you thinks it's fantastic. pretty sure it's the only show to ever do it like they did, and there is a decent chance it never gets done again

Late to the discussion, but I think Angel S5 was incredible and I'm not sure having Cordelia around would have done anything other than make it worse. Oh man did she look incredible the one ep she guested on, though.

I also never really bought into the whole thing between her and Angel. I don't think there was much chemistry between the actors, ever.

So, you think Amy Adams is a bigger star than Elvis?

Obviously, the dude is old and mostly retired. The point is that more people know who he is than know who Amy Adams is. They're just a wildly different demographic than the people in this thread.

Any of you read any buffy or angel books?

I wanted something light to read before the next GoT and i started one that was rated pretty high on amazon..

first 2 chapter has about 1% original content.. most of it is a copy of the teleplay... Xander's something part 1. So bad.

I remember i read a really good one in my teens so there should be more. It was about a three headed or bodied monster.
