I don't think anybody deserves the worst character etiquette on this show. That said, if anybody has to get it, its gotta be the tough latina chick. Kinda too over the top. Terry is just lol funny. "I need 10k cals a day just to maintain".
This is my thought as well. Her character adds nothing for me. Like the show though, look forward to it growing and improving.

I really like this show but the females are definitely the weak point. The goofy chick is okay but I don't like either the scary chick or the suck up chick. They could certainly use a hot chick.

Suck up chick was definitely supposed to be the hot chick based on the plot from the pilot of Samberg solving crimes to get a date with her. They seem to have dropped that though.
My favorite character is Charles, and I think he's giving an EMMY nomination caliber performance (might be the only person in the world who thinks this), though I doubt he'll ever get nominated.
There isn't a bad character on the show, and I think you'd miss every character if they were gone. Chelsea Peretti is very underrated by this thread. She usually has the best jokes and deliveries in the show, they just give her too much stupid crap to overshadow it (lines like her answering her cell phone offering authentic police badges in front of her bosses are so classic, and she has a bunch of those). If there is a "worst" character, it's Santiago, but you always need that kiss ass in a show like this, and her life ineptitude/cop greatness makes her worth it as a character. Putting baking soda in mashed potatoes was so classic.
If you watch Mob City, you'll see Scully playing a serious cop (one scene), in quite an unfortunate piece of casting for them, since it was shot about a year before B99.
The show is pretty much in the sweet spot already. The only thing that will make it better is how they fine tune the characters. If this show keeps going at its current pace of heading to greatness, I predict it will be ultimately better than P and R. I'm not sure it can continue at this trajectory, though. I'm also thinking that when P and R gets canceled, some of those writers will head to Brooklyn Nine-Nine, which would be even more awesome.
A very strong S1 is going to get more votes than a quality S6. Modern Family or BBT also don't deserve it. Modern Family has been the same for way too long now.
