One of the 2 best hitmen west of the Mississippi looks like the only thing hes been hitting is that glass pipe.

Hope to see Badger as well.

Been rewatching some Breaking Bad episodes and having to fast forward most of the Flynn(lol) scenes.

Just wanna slap that crippled little sniveling rata.
Dude is so cringey and wastes so much breakfast cereal, no wonder
Walt had to start selling meth.

I’m concerned about the lack of Walt, Mike, Gus, Hank, Todd, the Cartel and the Nazis.

Also potential Better Call Saul spoilers! But I have faith.

Yeah man this is pretty strange. I think Gilligan has definitely earned the benefit of the doubt and I don't except this to completely suck, but I can't really imagine how they could possibly continue the story in such a satisfying way that it'd have us go "wow, I'm so glad they went there". BrBa was pretty uneven as well (although as a whole was obviously a goat level show), but then again BCS has been surprisingly good imo so perhaps they'll somehow, somewhat nail this as well.

Idk, expecting a 3.5/5 type of thing with some really cool moments

Maybe character actress Margo Martindale will fill in for Walter White.

It seems nonsensical and even impossible to continue this story and
yet Vince still went with it.

So Im feeling that it will be at least SOLID!

If it is after the breaking bad ending, I don't think Victor will be in it.

I decided to attempt a rewatch before the movie comes out. Currently at S02E06. It's great to rewatch if you haven't seen it in a couple of years, I'm really enjoying it.

Walt is way more of an ******* from the start than I remember, though. He gets so many opportunities to take another road or at least make the conclusion that the drug game is not for him, but he just pushes on, wanting to prove that he can. I'm still rooting for the Walt to be succesful, but I'm much more aware I'm rooting for an ******* than I remember (right from the start of the show, in later seasons it becomes much more clear that Walt is an ass).

I also remember last time that I did not hate Skyler & Walt Junior too much, this is still true at the moment:
Walt Junior his scenes are mostly annoying, but he's a really minor character. I did enjoy his line "why don't you just die already?" when Walt is trying to not have treatment.
Skyler is just fine imo. Sure, she plays a role that is annoying to the viewer who is rooting for Walt/Jesse. But I have yet to come across an action from her that I can't agree with from her point-of-view (I do remember that her worst actions are yet to come, though ).

The show does not make sense without Walt having a family, so he clearly needed one.
They could have made his wife (the major "family" character) more dumb/stupid, but I think that would have hurt the show. I like that Skyler is smart enough to know that Walt is full of ****, and is trying to figure it out.

Also, Walt/Jesse/Hank characters are all so awesome. And Mike/Gus are not even in the mix yet!

Finished S2 & S03E01

I got to admit, there were 2 Skyler & Walt Jr scenes I reaaaaallly hated.
*Walt Jr getting drunk with Walt & Hank
*All the Skyler & Ted scenes

Other than that, so far I am not annoyed by them. I actually liked Skyler's scenes at the ending of S2 where she decides to leave Walt. She played her role perfectly until Walt is better, and then she drops the bomb showing she figured it all out.

Also, S2 is so difficult to watch (in a good way). Seeing Jane & Jesse destroy themselves was really shot, written & acted perfectly. And seeing her dad arrive at her house after she died still gave me shivers.

Question, in S03E01 the cousins kill everyone in the truck that smuggles them into Texas. I always thought this was going to happen 100% of the time, but on this rewatch I actually thought that they were not planning on killing anyone, but that they decided to do it after the babbling guy figured out they were cartel hitmen. What do you guys think?

Looks amazing but very depressing, I hope my imagination that Jesse at some point finds happiness is not ruined by this.

Read a good analysis of the trailer somewhere.

It looks like Jesse is making amends (burrying up Hank & Gomez so they can be burried?), and he might have some "demons/hallucinations", which could be how Mike appears.

In Breaking Bad Walter gave Skyler the coordinates to find Hank and Gomez's bodies so they're likely already found.

I thought it was pretty good and it didn't do anything to sour the Breaking Bad legacy at all. That being said, it felt pretty unnecessary. Not really sure why Gilligan wanted to make this movie.

I didn't feel like a whole lot happened in this movie. The flashbacks took up a large part of the middle portion of the movie. The last 30 minutes were the best part of the movie. Still, it was well made and felt in the spirit of Breaking Bad.

Spoiler:
They did the Alaska ending a lot better than Dexter.
