What this show needs is a lot more white guys with slick dark hair walking around in suits all the time.

I love chalky/williams .Wouldnt mind if he wasnt in it but would love if they included him more.Not bring in another storyline just bring him more into the fold and see him kick some ass again.

I think that Chalky still has a role to play, just like Capone. It will be coming soon now that all the players have been introduced and the sides are forming up for war. Capone was only introduced and used enough to give his back story and to explain why he would be drawn into this war on Nucky's side. I am quite sure if there is a war, Chalky will have a part as well.

In the first two seasons, Chalky was used to help explain how Nucky could keep control of the whole city without appearing to have much muscle. He uses Chalky's crew to keep things in line, especially with the hospitality workers. Chalky didn't have to be developed that much to make that point. Al, on the other hand, needs more back story to explain just why he would join a war on Nucky's side - especially since he is out in Chicago.

I think all the pieces are about in place and we will see what this is all about. I am sure Chalky will take a bigger role.

I'd love to see Harrow and Capone clean house on Gyp's crew like they did on the D'alessio brothers at the end of season 1.

The one house I'd like to see cleaned immediately is Gillian's whorehouse and have her silly-ass shipped off the show.

Capone joining Nucky's side looks v likely since Owen got got, and someone has to save Nucky's ass. Eli's gonna make one hell of a pitch next episode.

Minor nit. If you were just targeted for assassination by a bomb at a restaurant on your turf, are you going to be all "gee whiz let's just pry open this giant crate that was delivered to my house at 2 am"?

Richard has no reason to go all Rambo at this point tho. Of course now that i say that the chick's dad is gonna slit her throat or something

But the play has to be Nucky/Capone teaming up. It makes sense for both parties right now with Nucky filling the hole left by Remis etc

Yeah, that bothered me. As did how early Owen's death seemed telegraphed (and giving us a second "things going well and/or happy future plans leads to death" foreshadow in three episodes). As did another Wacky Gyp Rage Murder. Interesting choice not to show Owen's death, but beyond that and a couple of the performances this episode felt pretty stale to me.
