Where does Derek X think he stands within the house after he gets rid of Christian? I'm thinking he makes himself an easy target. And he might not even be able to pull off the eviction.

Is the house as oblivious to the Cook Out as it appears they are?

Tiffany blew it with the Royal Flush slip to Hannah, but she seems pretty good at sidling up to various people and incepting her ideas into their heads.

Other than it's a little premature, should Xavier really care that Derek X is targeting Christian this week? He shouldn't super care, should he? Christian's gotta go. Why not let Derek X take a crack at him and if he misses, Christian and Alyssa will be focused on Derek X instead of the much more threatening Cook Out. If he hits, it's mostly fine. People will probably be going on about how Derek X needs to follow him out the door. Bang Bang. Two non-Cook Out members out the door. Cook Out has a 6-4 advantage over Britini, Christie, Alyssa, and Sarah. How is that bad?

Yeah he has to be a top target for the Cook Out and isn't long for this game imo.

And from what I've seen the house is completely oblivious to the Cook Out. You would think that someone of reasonable intelligence would be able to sniff that one out. I guess not.

Derek is deep in the center of the house with Tiffany, Claire, and Kyland
He should be at least top 8.

Tiffany could have flipped this vote, but isnt doing it because she is protective of Derek X

I really lost interest in Big Brother years ago. The show is a bunch of young people trying to promote their brand in a lot of cases. No more old people. I want to see a good representative cross section of ‘Merica. I want to see fights.

Are watching the same show? Frazier’s kid, Azah, Tiffany, Sarah Beth, Hannah, Alyssa just sitting around on their asses while the others play the game man.

Sarah Beth is gaming hard, which is why she’s a big target in the house
Hannah knows a lot about the game and is closely involved within the main power structure of Derek X/Tiffany.
Alyssa was playing big showmance but now she’s going to have to show what she can do
Azah sucks
Derek F is playing in his own way despite not having close game relationships. He knows he’s chillin and that the Black alliance is his golden ticket. Why would he mess that up

The main players are playing extremely hard and for the most part, pretty well.
Tiffany, Claire, Kyland, Derek X, Xavier are all good game players. We havent had this many gamers in a long time.
It’s pretty annoying that Black Power is likely to make a lot of it moot. But we dont know that’s going to happen

Why didn’t they show the very ceremony tonight? Did something crazy happen during it that they want to address tomorrow? Did Claire or SB get naked? I wouldn’t mind that.
What are the odds Christian stays and SB goes home? That’d be super juicy.

Do the non-Cook Out members feel like they can't address the elephant in the room due to possible backlash, or do they really not see it as a threat? I don't feel a strong brotherhood to other random white people, but I assume that's the default for black people. They tend to have a shared solidarity that is deep and meaningful. I didn't need to see the Cook Out members talking about their feelings of loyalty for each other to understand they wouldn't be keen on targeting each other in the game until absolutely necessary.

I find it difficult to believe that Tiffany is keen on going deep with Derek X. Sure, she's his friend right now. Next week when Xavier or Alyssa wants to drop the hammer on Derek X, Tiffany will be fine with it.

Can't let the opportunity of this cliff hanger go by.

I can't help but feel like this week would have been a lot easier for Derek X if he'd have made a deal for safety with Alyssa and fallen off the wall. The chance she turns around and burns him was surely less than the headache's he's had this week. The fact that he announced his intention to his target and THEN reconsidered suggests it was a stupid move. Stupid. And I reiterate that Xavier shouldn't really care about Christian going home, but it seems like he does. I don't think he's pretend mad which would be fine. Being actual mad in this spot just seems like a waste.

It seems like many, if not all, of the houseguests like Britini to the point of caring about her a little bit. It's kind of a testament of how shitty this game is on a moral/emotional level that those same people are mostly fine with metaphorically shitting on her week after week. "We're going to put her on the block again because she doesn't matter in the scheme of things, and she's gonna cry and have a meltdown because see previous because, but it's okay because we'll give her hug and pat her on the back."

Don't get me wrong, I don't think she should take it all so personally, but we know she's going to...sooooooo {shrug}. Does CBS at least offer these people some therapy after the show?

That's certainly possible. You know pre-show the HG's are bombarded about not saying anything racist. But as I've said before if someone has a reasonable level of intelligence they should be able to figure it out.

If I'm a HG this season, I'm not going to say anything racist but I'm certainly at this point going to go to the other white HG's and say what I suspect and that we have to band together or we don't have any chance of winning. That's their only hope. Would it work? Who knows. But I"m playing for 750K here. I'm just not going to give up in fear that some may brand me a racist.

If you were on the show Soncy what would you do? I'm curious.

I'm not sure, but I feel like you at least have to try to broach the subject with someone(s) you trust and see if he/she/they feel like it's a potential problem that needs to be discussed/acted upon. It seems like that hasn't happened unless they just haven't aired those types of discussions.

The game started with nearly 40% of the cast potentially having a deeply resonant point of commonality. With each eviction, that % is getting larger and larger, and it seems like it hasn't been discussed at all. It blows my mind a little. Either the Cook Out has been super masterful with their side alliances or people are so afraid to be perceived as racist, they are just content with allowing themselves to get picked off. Maybe a combo of both.

I always get annoyed with what happened here between Derek X and Christian. In my opinion, athleticism/hand eye coordination/competitiveness is actually one of those commonalities people should come together over, but instead they target each other. Sometimes, as in this case, WAY too early. Is it primal? Like they can't help it. Why does this happen so often?

I like this cast. Nice group of people. Season can sometimes be more interesting when there are some jerks, or borderline crazy people, or people crack under the pressure and show their asses, but I can also enjoy a season like this where people are mostly pleasant.

So far, Xavier has been my favorite, but I've enjoyed each player on some level.

Really funny from the episode that Azah and Derek F didnt trust Britini to be in a room alone with Tiffany.

Tiffany is incredibly persuasive. I don't think Derek F characterizing her methods as bullying is totally fair, but the woman is really good at incepting her ideas into people's heads. Valid to be concerned that she'd twist Britini up.

The funny part to me, was Christian ratting himself out to Derek F and Azah that he was fetching Britini FOR Tiff. He should have tried to tote Britini out of there with the premise that HE wanted to have a private chat with her, then drag her upstairs for Tiffany to inveigle.

Does someone know if Derek F and Azah are close to Sarah? Again, I'm not sure why Cook Out members are overly concerned about saving or not saving Christian. To the point they are legit bickering. Weird.

One of the things I appreciate about Xavier is that even in a couple spots where he wanted a certain thing to happen, but couldn't make it happen without risking unwanted attention on himself, he backed off publicly and just complained in the diary room. This isn't the game where it's smart to dig in your heels to try to impose your will just because you want to have your way.

Derek F and Tiffany are ramming heads over two people who both need to gtfo. It doesn't make any sense.

The Jokers’ existence in the game is purely a joke.
It’s wild that they’ve been dragged into jury and beyond. If Im Christian Im extremely upset that they get jury money and he’s back in his parents’ house.

Christian just mad he no longer gets to put the stones to Alyssa. With them ugly glasses he wears and effeminate ways, he was lucky to get any girl.
