So I'm in the middle of the eviction episode. It seems so whacked how people keep going to the players who have no say in what is going to happen to strategize and complain about the direction things are going.

Nicole goes to Jess which on some level I can understand. Like Nicole is probably going to suffer debilitating guilt if she makes a deal behind Jess' back. But what can Jess do about anything other than screw up Nicole's potential deal?

What does Jess do with this new information? Goes to to the person who is most likely to be evicted. Boo hoo, nobody wants to play with me. Btw, you're probably getting evicted. Sucks to be us.

Then, Kat's big move is to go to Cliff. He's on the block, dumbass. He doesn't get to vote. He already made the deal. What does complaining to him accomplish? Isn't the move to get Nicole and Jess to vote with Michie and Holly to keep her? Why are we talking to Cliff?

I think that Nicole is incredibly bad at this game. Cliff is way more likely to stay loyal to Nicole than Kat. The move was to take the deal, but try to work Jess into the fringe of the deal with the intention to hopefully branch off with Cliff and Jess at a later date. Instead there's all this needless angst.

Just go to Jess and tell her you are making this deal to get a foot in the door. It's not like they are going to target Jess right away. You can make a move with her later. So dumb.

Nicole is terrible. She had a few moments earlier in the season where she made some good plays but since then she has been atrocious. She cries and then says how amazing she is that she can separate personal from game decisions but she constantly makes everything personal. I can’t stand that she’s going to win America’s favorite player. The same thing happens every year where someone isolates themselves and automatically America loves them. She’s just as “guilty” as everyone else of making things personal and she’s one of the biggest rats in the game but since she isolated herself America loves her.

The funny thing is that almost everyone (Christie Tommy sis cliff and herself) all specifically said they wouldn’t target Jess even though they made the 6 deal.

You’re right about cliff being more loyal to Nicole than kat. Last week or the week before kat wanted to target Nicole. Kat talked more **** about Nicole than anyone else for a few weeks until she started talking **** about sis. Nicole and kat barely even spoke until Jess won HOH last week and Nicole is acting like they’ve been friends forever. Cliff and Nicole have a final 2.

Side note- Sis is going to go down as one of the more underrated players ever. Shes in contention for the best player of the season yet everyone thinks she’s one of the worst players of all time. I realize that being the best this season means nothing since everyone is terrible. I don’t think she’s amazing or anything but I value how good of a read on house dynamics people have very highly and I think she always has the best reads and knows how she’s viewed by other HG. I think she adapts and reacts the best to how she’s viewed. She’s intentionally positioned herself very well throughout the game. She originally wasn’t in gr8ful and managed her way in. She made the whole house think jack and Christie were tighter than jack and her when she realized she’d get targeted as a showmance. She had jack as a meat shield. Now she has Christie and tommy as meat shields. She’s probably nicks true number 1 or 2. Same for tommy and Christie. There are several other examples that I can’t think of right now but I’ll remember eventually.

I’ve wanted to post something like this a few times but I know how contrarian this take is so I haven’t. I also dont think she’s very good strategically in the conventional sense of the word but I don’t value that as high as “social strategy.” The fact that she wanted to throw the America’s vote comp is one of the dumbest moves of the season there’s no denying that.

I think people view her as such a bad player because for the first 3 weeks she basically did nothing. 3 of her closest allies were HOH the first 3 weeks so she played it perfectly fine imo. The one exception/ knock on her social game is she didn’t really have the great relationships with the other side of the house but she’s done a much better job of that since Sam left. The fact that she knew that out of anyone on her side she had the worst relationships with the other side and actively built relationships also helps my case.

Why does Julie Chen start using her husband’s surname after he gets the boot from CBS for sexual assault? Low self-esteem? He controlling her MK-ULTRA style?
Can we please evict Jess? Just because you have a massive belly does not mean we want to see it. ***** could stand to miss a meal.
This season sucks. This show may have jumped the shark and may be done for good.

Tommy was playing a decent-good game at one point. He still may win but he’s terrible. He’s severely lowered his chances of winning because of his obsession with working together with the only 2 people who don’t have his back and also have 2 guaranteed jury votes. He’s also in love with a straight guy which also severely clouds his judgment. His judgment is bad enough. He doesn’t need anything clouding it.

Also reading that deep into the tea leaves and thinking sis has done anything but coast by on a majority alliance while getting dicked down by Jack is a pretty hot take. Kind of respect the absurdness.

Holly and Jackson have only talked to each other 95% of the time since week 2. Before Jackson showed her interest, Holly talked nonstop about how jealous she was that every other girl is getting attention from guys. Once she got attention from Jackson she threw the rest of her social game down the toilet.

I stand by the sis comments. She coasted for the first 3 weeks since her alliance was in power (which she should’ve done) but also actively positioned herself and how she’s viewed by the non majority. Like I said she’s not intelligent or good strategically for the most part but the one thing I think she’s done really well is what I value the most.
