Tyler has a good plan for getting Kaitlyn to flip. Basically he's going to tell her right before the vote that Sam is staying and he knows who has the power or something similar to that. I think it will most likely work.

I want to clarify that I don't necessarily think it's good for Tyler's game but I think it's the best way to get a 7th vote.

Scottie told Steve that Sam is campaigning to him asking for his vote. Sam told Scottie he and Kaitlyn are the swing votes. Steve just told Kaitlyn about this in front of Scottie JC and Tyler.

Bros pushing hard to keep Steve now. They haven't talked with Tyler yet though. I think he might reveal the power to them. He is working too hard for this vote when he's in a good position either way.

just from watching Brett/Winston/Angela talk about the vote, it looks to me like Tyler is going to have to tell them about the power for them to evict Steve. They seem pretty set that there’s no reason to save Sam and it would out their alliance to do so

Tyler has Sam in his pocket though. and if they vote out Steve without having to use her power, there’s a decent chance the power will eventually be used to help him (because it has to be used in the first four weeks; there’s no option not to use it). so I can see why it’s worth it for Tyler to save Sam especially since he doesn’t vote. if you’re in the middle/playing all sides like he is, you would much prefer a 7-6 vote to a 13-0 vote because both sides need you and won’t target you

the one bad thing about the power is if it isn’t used in the first three weeks, the fourth week becomes completely meaningless. idk if cbs realizes that or not. it could be really dumb if it gets out by then and everyone knows it’s meaningless, so the comps and noms just wouldn’t matter

I agree with you on Tyler's logic on the power possibly being used to save him. But IMO anyone that gets voted out and saved by the power should not win. I know I wouldn't vote for that person.

You make a good point about him wanting a 7-6 so he's needed. I don't know if he's thinking on that level though but if he is props to him.

I also meant it's not good for his game because Foutte still think he's with them but he's exposing himself for no reason.

The more Winston is talking the more I'm liking his game. He is erratic and crazy but his logic is there. 100% he can sway Steve and Scottie in a week or 2. Scottie and Steve already plan on this if it favors them.

Bros, Angela and Rachel all keeping Steve. They are going to talk to Kaycee, JC and Tyler before anything is set in stone though. It all comes down to how Tyler reacts.

even if it isn’t used on Tyler, it could benefit him by using it on one of his allies. if Steve gets evicted, Tyler essentially has control over the power - or at least a lot of influence. so there is good reason for him to rock the boat a little bit, but it just depends how much force it’ll require. I’m sure he was hoping they’d all vote that way without him having to say anything about the power, so now that that’s not true he might decide it’s no longer worth it.

I do think I heard something about Tyler saying in a preseason interview that he wanted the house divided so he could have a secret ally on the other side. So I think it is a conscious goal of his to get a split vote rather than a unanimous one

I agree with most of that. He doesn't know all of the details of the power though. I think he shouldn't push against L6 when they come up to tell him they're keeping Steve. They haven't had the talk yet so we'll see how he reacts.

The part I don't agree with is that the house is divided regardless of the votes. Everyone knows it and the vote won't change that.

that’s L6’s main reason for keeping Steve though. they think if they vote Steve out it’ll officially draw the lines and confirm that it’s divided, whereas right now they have some cover

I think it’s only good for Tyler if he can convince L6 to do it on their own rather than forcing their hand. he can’t push too hard to convince them or else he’ll get the blame. he needs to be able to guide them that way, or else just let it happen and tell Sam he tried but there’s nothing he could do

Yeah that's their secondary reason but they're not fooling anyone. I think that's the bros pitch to the rest of their alliance. But yes if Tyler can do it without forcing their hand I'm all for it.

The main reason is the bros think they can work with Steve/Scottie down the line and think Sam is a liability and they won't be able to tell her anything.

Also JC is terrible at this game.

true, it makes sense for Brett and Winston to save Steve and for the rest of the alliance to save Sam. it’s funny they always say the other side is cracking when it’s their side with different incentives this vote

it’s just gonna suck to go this long without anyone being evicted when Sam uses her power. at least it’ll eliminate the power I guess

JC is the one who is making their alliance have cracks. He runs around like a chicken with his head cut off. He says things to them like they're facts but in reality he has no clue about. He keeps telling them he knows who has the power but won't tell them who so they think he does. He also keeps telling them they might have Hayleigh's vote. The bros are finally figuring out JC is an idiot.

To anyone who just watches the episodes Sam never told Tyler there's a chance she'll come back. She told him it's a guarantee and the episode was edited.

Steve also knew Fessie wasn't going to use the veto to save him. Part of why the Foutte alliance trusts him and thinks he's loyal is because he played it off well telling them the votes are the same either way so don't go through with putting Bayleigh on the block if she doesn't have to go up. I'm not saying Steve's master plan was not to be saved but once he realized the situation he handled it extremely well.

Tyler did way better than he probably should’ve in that veto. I guess he was prob worried Sam would win and screw things up

If thought he wanted Sam to win. That doesn't make sense since he knocked her out though so I'm probably wrong. I agree he should've thrown it. People put way too much stock on "comp beasts" even though there are so many types of comps. His downfall may be his cockiness.

There is most likely a 4th of July party in the house because the feeds are down. Things could get interesting particularly with Kaitlyn if there's drinking involved.
