I think Christmas (and Jillian too) probably knew that Cameron was the least popular, so why take a chance on some random comp.

I like this cast. A little older and more experienced than usual, and fewer airheads it seems.

Not crazy about the viewers' involvement in the temptations though. They usually choose badly.

brutal twist, sucks for cameron. you could tell they each had a good idea where they stood by what they voted for. cameron def needed more time to mesh with people

that one really sucked for anyone who didnt get a bracelet because you have to prove a lot with an endurance comp without even getting HOH as a reward. its basically a no-win situation since either you fall and youre more vulnerable to going home, or you hold on for a long time and show you're a threat. that would tear me up, and id prob do something like what cam and christmas did. like i dont think that was very good for cody or even alex, since these endurance comps are how people judge who wants it more and who's a physical beast who you can't beat in a challenge

i like that it ended with a vote though. thats a lot more fair than what happened to Jodie and Glenn. going home exclusively through challenges would suck, but you cant complain too much if you're voted out. you had the same chance to connect with people as the other two people on the block.

hopefully this at least gets the game rolling right off the bat.

as for winners and stuff, i think megan seems in good position. they didnt mention anything about her training to interrogate people in the pre-interviews i saw. and she has a good group going with alex/ramses/jillian - the only group we've really seen so far.

also it sucks for paul there wasn't even a board with names he could look at lol. this was def a nice entrance for him, making everyone need to suck up to him instead of viewing him as a threat. he better hope someone he picked wins HoH though or he's gonna be in trouble since that would be the easiest reason to put him on the block. and i mean, if you're one of the 7 (really 6 since josh trusts him) who didnt get a bracelet, im not sure you ever forget about this and its gonna be hard to want to work with paul

also its pretty weird cameron didnt even get an interview with julie - anyone remember if glenn/jodie got one? maybe he'll get to come back with a future temptation?

Yeah it would haha...but I was definitely thinking about it. I know if I was Paul I'd be thinking about it for sure. Wouldn't it just be epic TV if a guy did that in that situation?

Great way to bring back one returnee to make sure he be around for awhile. Which while unfair to other houseguests BB has a right to make their show entertaining. So having their one returnee whose good for tv get evicted night one would be bad. So giving him the bracelets is brilliant on their part to ensure his safety as he gets one automatically and gets the players to have chance to align with Paul as it like he auto first hoh in a sense.

I bet he told Josh that he would ensure he not go home as he would persuade the 8 he saved to save josh if he on the block. So to disguise their relationship didn't give him bracelet. Plus get someone he not as close to think he likes them so they not go after him. So 9 people love him week one. And he may have told others who didn't get one the same as josh. Josh will be Paul's wingman and i see maybe the dancer girl as his female closest ally. But not sure there yet. She just seems his type as she's tatted and kinda a freak in a good way like paul would like i think.

Ian and Steve both struggled mightily at the way beginning of their seasons, and likely would've been in trouble had they started with a similar format to this one. Ian needed a coach's save from Boogie in like week 2 or else he was going to be targeted

Just caught up. I had Cameron as a likely first boot. I saw more Ronnie or first season Kevin Martin in him than Ian or Steve.

Picking Raven as the winner. Rooting for her and Kevin for now. Things may change when I watch the feeds for a few days.

Seems like a weak cast for strategy but strong cast for drama and good feeds.

We'll see based on my little preseason work it seemed more fans were cast. Even from people you wouldn't expect.

Really enjoyed these episodes to start. A lot of insane people cast so should be fun.
