And the guy who gave himself his own nickname "Swaggy C" is a douche.

You're in luck because the cast is out and Jeff is doing live interviews on the feeds and there is a new one of these. Kaitlyn last year turned out to be feeds gold but that was a one in a million shot. This character type should never have been casted in the first place and should've never been cast again.

So far I don't have much hope for any of the first 3 people he's interviewed game wise but I'm usually awful at guessing who's going to be good so maybe that's a good thing. I'm also going off how well their interview goes with Jeff and nothing else so maybe I'm being too harsh on them.

Apparently the person you're talking about, Christie, knows the Broadway dancer Tommy already.

If that's the case, I wonder if there's a twist that everyone has a partner or someone they know or if it's random. I haven't looked at where everyone is from but I wouldn't be surprised if the girl from Wyoming Holly? has an ex bf in the house based on how she responded to one of the question.

Out of the 10 or so interviewees so far Tommy is my super early pick to win. This could be a horrible take but he seems like the person most willing to play hard based on these interviews. He could also be one of the first few out if he rubs people the wrong way by being too over the top and outgoing.

Way too many people have answered they'd rather lose and be loved by America over win and be hated. 1 would be too many and I think 4 out of the 10 have answered that way.

Never mind on the Holly thing. Just saw she was in a relationship with the bachelorette or something and that's probably what she was referencing.

I'm a little higher on the cast after watching the Ika interviews than I was after the Jeff interviews. Doubt there is amazing game play this year but I think overall it might be ok.

There was a live feed leak and we know who the first HOH is but I won't spoil it here.

They’re on cbs all access. Not sure if they’re anywhere else. There are other interviews on YouTube though. Just search for et Canada or ika interviews. There are also a few spoilers out for the beginning of the season because there was a feed audio leak that you may want to check up on before you draft. There is a lot of speculation involved but you can find the audio on the big brother reddit and read about the reasoning behind the speculation and come to your own conclusion.

There’s also some other clips of houseguests talking about how they might play on the big brother YouTube channel but there’s probably not much to help you for your pool.

I like Tommy and most people like Ovi. Ovi is very hit or miss for me. I can see him running the show or being a Ramses type player. I don't think he'll be as bad as Ramses though. After those 2 it's basically a guessing game as almost everyone else is a recruit or Cliff/Sam. Cliff isn't even a bad choice compared to other old guys since he at least has a decent strategy going in and is a huge fan and RHAP watcher. I don't mind Sam but I think he is a little too loud and out there to win. Nick is a decent option as well but he said he loves to call people out so that might hurt him. Is it just a pick the winner thing or is there a points system for different things?

I said after those 2 it's a guessing game but it's all a guessing game. Those 2 could both be terrible who knows at this point.

If there are a lot of contestants and you want to be different with your choices i wouldn't take Ovi or maybe even Tommy because I think they will both be popular choices.

Take all this with a grain of salt because I was high on Raven 2 seasons ago so I might not be the best at judging players preseason.

that’s funny, i didn’t see your post before lock & we went with Sam, Tommy, Nick and immediately regret Tommy & Sam after the first ep. have to pick 3 more horses before the next live eviction. we also have to pick a “mvp/captain” that’s worth 1.5x points.

points breakdown:

hoh 25
veto 15
pulled off block 10
special power/win 10
survive eviction 5
evicted -25
playback into house 50

finish position

1st 100
2nd 75
3rd 50
4th 45
5th 40

15 participants & i’m seeing jackson & sam being the highest owned on the early spreadsheet

Jackson and Sam highest owned is crazy. Fade Jackson IMO.

Well I guess points for winning comps and the fact that it was known he won the camp counselor made him a popular choice but I also think he's going down sooner rather than later based on how fast he's played.

What didn't you like about Tommy's first episode? I liked it a lot for him. People keep saying Christie being in an alliance without him is a bad thing for him but if I was in their shoes I would get into different alliances on purpose. And I doubt that alliance lasts anyway.

I'd watch the feeds or at the very least Taran from RHAP's daily feeds update to get a gauge on the house before you make the rest of your picks.

I picked him initially as the lone standout from the Jeff interviews. Then I found out he knows someone in the house and made him the obvious first pick. Rob from RHAP picked him second overall in their draft. Kathryn was the first pick for no apparent reason. The other 3 even Brent laughed at the pick and all said they had her around 13th or worse on the board.
