I think the reason why Andy isn't more popular with the fans is because he was such a rat and was so scared of every single adversity. He'd be remembered more like Dan Gheesling if he wasn't so weesily.
I agree, I think Andy is massively underrated. People obsess about how Derrick was never on the block (and for good reason, obv), but Andy was only on the block once his entire season and got 7 jury votes. He played a very good game. People just don't have a good grasp on what is actually good gameplay; its all about the behind the scenes stuff and not the flashy moves.
Also Ian Terry was a much bigger rat than Andy was, and no one seems to mind him.
