This convo with Meg and James is pretty much making it clear that Vanessa can't win this game. She's such a terrible speaker and keeps talking about her 'integrity' and vilifying the person she wants to go with a bs reason is rubbing people the wrong way. Everyone knows she's full of **** and makes up a reason to blow up on someone before they go, it's not going to endear her to the jury. She keeps playing the victim when it's not unnecessary.

Vanessa represents poker players on Big Brother a lot like Annie Duke represented poker players on Celebrity Apprentice. Neurotic self-absorbed bullies don't exactly put us in a good light.

I can see a way out for James and Meg if they win veto and use it on James. Leave Meg on the block and whoever goes up as a replacement is a bigger target. If she puts JMac on the block, campaign to Austwins to save Meg and promise to go after Vanessa next week if they won HOH. This is an attractive offer to Austwins because they want Vanessa out but don't wanna do it.

If she uses Austwins as the replacement then you can campaign to Steve and JMac that it's a chance to breakup the 3 headed monster. Problem is if Meg luck boxes a veto, would she use it to save James?

Annie Duke came off WAY better on Celebrity Apprentice than how Vanessa is coming across on Big Brother.

I blame Steve and Jmac for making the second half of the season sucking so hard. Meg and James are so loyal and would make perfect allies, they really should've tried to make an effort to align with them to take out the Austwins. James and Meg are so scared to even talk to Jmac/Steve because any info they give them, Steve and Jmac would scamper off and tell the other side, making aligning with them virtually impossible. They're essentially lapdogs for Vanessa + Austwins. That's why James and Meg tell them nothing.

Yeah, Vanessa does come off worse. But remember that scene where Duke was screaming at some poor guy on the phone because she was afraid he wasn't going to bring in money to a challenge? Her behavior after the show was absurd too.

After Duke lost CA she was trying to rally support for her crusade against Joan Rivers on her website. She had gone on Ellen Degeneres and other talk shows to tell everyone that she was robbed. I went on her site and argued through the night that she had lost fair and square and that Celebrity Apprentice was nothing but an infomercial and that her behavior was making us all look bad. I got flamed real bad but by morning her supporters apologized to me and Annie Duke promised that she would never bring up Celebrity Apprentice again.

This is possible. But vanessa would have to put up Liz as the renom. If she puts up jmac the austwins might turn on her vote out jmac and make her the next target. With Liz up their vanessa, steve, jmac have options on voting out Liz to break up the three headed monster. She would have to play it off like she wasn't involved. But really i don't see it happening as then she would have the austwins mad at her and james and meg as well for targeting them in the first place. She wouldn't be able to count on making a deal with james and meg to not come after her and to go after rest of austwins next week.

I had to mute their feed when they were yapping. It was like listening to Clovis talk, totally unbearable.

If Vanessa doesn't put up one of the Austwins as a replacement then I think this game is pretty much over. You've got a 3-headed monster in the house and everyone still seems oblivious to it.

No it's not, and she shouldn't do that. She's in the best spot right now. The Austwins will suffer a casualty before its f4 and Vanessa will make sure Liz is that casualty, and then she'll slide right into the final two

That's putting a lot of faith in Steve, Johnny and Meg who so far have one HOH win between them.

I think you're right. And an excellent strategy as she has final 2's with julia and austin. And liz is the glue keeping julia and austin together. But she would need to put an austwin up as a renom this week if meg or james get off. If she doesn't her whole plan goes bad if the austwins decide to evict the jmac or steve as the renom. Put up Liz as the renom this week but assure her she's safe. Have steve and jmac give their word she's safe. Take out meg or james. Then next week hopefully meg, jmac, or steve win hoh and target Liz. If they don't still ok for vanessa as she's not a target of the austwins anytime soon, most likely.

So Arlie and John from BBCAN were on RHAP with Jordan and they confirmed that you're not allowed to make any monetary deals or promise gifts to other houseguests in BB. Arlie and Jordan confirmed that they had to sign forms with that agreement in place in both the US and CAN versions. They were talking today about how Vanessa promised the twins that she would buy them a car if she wins. It's a blatant violation and they don't know why BB has not stepped in and done something about it. To me this is way worse than someone who broke a BB rule like for example Audrey who ate an omelette while she was a have not and got a penalty vote. What Vanessa did was 100x worse. I don't know how you can defend that.

There's a small chance that both James and Meg could be safe this week. It would require one of the goblins to win the veto preferably James. If James takes himself off Vanessa would have a tough choice. She could put Jmac up but there is a chance Austin could get the twins to flip it and get Jmac out (the twins hate Jmac and they know he's coming for them). If Van is serious about her F3 with Steve and Jmac then she might have to make a move on the Austwins and put one of them up telling them they're a pawn and there's a real chance that they would be voted out. It should be quite easy for James to convince Steve and Jmac to save Meg and evict one of the Austwins. Should be obvious but I don't trust these guys.

Thought it would be a boring week but could get interesting if James win veto. I wish Jmac and Steve had way more game and can push this idea to Vanessa. Right now they're just waiting on Vanessa to take them to F3 before they make a move on her.

You do realize its a double eviction and Steve has to be favorite for HOH. If Auatin/Twins win they target John. This is far from over.

Vanessa making deals as in she will use her winnings play a tourney if she profits she will give them something. I have no problem with this for simple fact I think she's telling them what they want to hear.

Ooohhh finally! something interesting

Fri 8:31 PM BBT Steve whispers to himself in the purple room that he's going to put up Liz/Austin if he wins HOH. "Very sneaky!" he tells himself.

She also promised Julia and Liz she'll buy them a car if she wins. This clearly gives an incentive for the twins to vote for Vanessa if she's sitting in finals with another person regardless if they feel she deserves to win over the other person. How does that not register with you? It gives the twins + Austin an incentive for them to want Vanessa to win. That's 3 votes, 60% of the total needed to win the game. So BB steps in and gives Audrey a penalty nom for eating yet let this slide is garbage. Anyways this discussion is stupid anyways, if you honestly feel what Vanessa did is not crossing the line, I have nothing more to say to you.

It's likely to be a mental competition, but that doesn't mean it has to be a highly cerebral one. Liz won the memorization one. Austin is no dummy either. I just think if I'm Vanessa I don't want to gamble when I have the perfect opportunity right now to knock out one of the 3 of them, who are always guaranteed to act as a block and she has no chance to manipulate them against each other. And with each eviction she loses another potential ally and the odds get worse. Unless she really wants to go to the F4 with them why not do it now.

Because nobody in the history of BB has ever lied to someone to get their vote.

I'm with you on this one. Vanessa is someone to me who would be thinking 4 or 5 moves ahead. However I didn't like her approach during the James/Meg convo this morning. She has completely burned her bridges with them. She told the Austwins that she's going to blindside the goblins and don't care because it's too late in the game now. There's still a lot that can happen like if James wins veto, she's assuming that Meg will go. She shouldn't be burning bridges with the goblins but I think it's because Vanessa is very socially awkward and isn't very relatable.

Also leaving all 3 Austwins in the game right now is bad because that's 3 votes and they will control who goes. When the numbers dwindle even more they essentially control the game.
