That is the only thing that annoys the hell out of me with Vanessa. Her high and mighty ****, acting as if (and believing) that she keeps her word to everyone. Saying she hates hypocrites while being a hypocrite herself.

If she just accepted that she is playing BB and embraced the fact that everyone is trying to screw over everyone else, which includes her trying to screw over everyone else and win, I'd be a lot more on board with her. It would be a lot more entertaining to watch her if she was just self-aware and knew that she was lying/manipulating people to get farther in the game. Instead it seems like she is crazy, and she lies/manipulates while believing she isn't actually lying/manipulating believing she is playing 100% legit & truthful. Maybe I'm wrong and that is her strategy, but it seems like she actually believes she is playing an honest/non-manipulative game. She is still the most entertaining person of the season since she is actually playing the game hard, as BB should be played. This season would be a complete snoozefest without her.

Remain on good terms with the 3 headed monster, as they are 3 of the 7 (or 3/6 if you take out Van first) people left in the house, and you're the only remaining pair besides them. Not happening. Targetting Vanessa before Austwins would be lolworthy.

I'd love to know how that's any different than taking Liz out first

And no, it'd be super huge if you could get them to take out steve or the returning juror before you

Is the fact that Austin/Liz/Julia are NEVER nominating or voting to evict eachother unless 2 of them are on the block just not registering with you????

A trio, right out in the open, where 2 are sisters, and 2 are a couple at this stage of the game is absurdly strong. If you are not 1 of them, breaking them up needs to be priority #1.

Vanessa is smart enough to know that her path to victory requires her to turn on Austwin very soon.

The problem is that taking Liz out 1st will force Julia, Austin and Vanessa to HAVE to stick by each other till the end. Instead of breaking up a rock solid 3some all you are really doing is creating another solid 3some.

If you take out Vanessa 1st, then Liz, there is at least a remote possibility of splitting Julia and Austin up. You also get the added benefits of removing the most influential player from the game and making the 3some the most obvious targets in the house for ALL the other remaining players.

is the fact that vanessa is working with them and a greater comp threat not registering with you?

if you take liz out, you still have a trio. vanessa/austin/julia would never go against each other and would have no reason to

basically your two options if you won hoh would be

1. convince vanessa to turn on the austwins (and she's gonna pretend to be ok with it even if she isn't, and then target you)

2. take out vanessa, and convince austwins to go after steve/returning juror (or meg/james if you're steve)

option 2 is way better than option 1 imo

not to mention the twins have said many times that whoever takes them out will lose all their jury votes (them + austin). you take vanessa out and you haven't burned them in the game or in jury. and you can probably do so without them targeting you, even though everyone else in the house would have to be targeting them at that point

Taking out Vanessa would be the better move. For all the reasons mentioned and you also get the benefit of taking out the top 5 BB player in history added to your resume for you to win the game.

Yes there has been. Just guessing but I'm pretty sure Vanessa plan is to shrink the other side so if they happen to win HOH the numbers will be small and forced to work with her to target Austin/twins. She doesn't wanna target them now b/c she feels good with them at the moment.

That should be her plan, but if you're james, Meg, or steve, you can't really count on Vanessa turning against them before turning on you

Austwins + Vanessa

Meg, James, Steve/Jmac, returning houseguest
Everyone of these 4 needs to be fracturing the first 4, and you don't need Vanessa's support to do it. If anyone of these 4 win hoh they can ensure 2 of the first 4 are on the block come eviction night.

James and Meg can't go to final 5 with Austin/Liz/Julia

If James doesn't win HOH I promise they won't target
Spoiler:
Meg

Lets Say James does win HOH and removes one of Austin/Liz/Julia

Is James really going count on Meg winning HOH?

James and Meg don't want to go to the final 5 with the Austwins. James was just telling Meg last night he would put up Liz/Austin

This Jmac-Vanessa "the devil you know" alliance is the most bizarre ever. He seems to be hitting all the right points with her, but I can't tell if she's buying into it yet.

I kinda don't understand why Vanessa doing all this test bs with John. Just sit John down act like you wanna work with him but you need to save Steve because you've been working with him longer. Act like you hope he comes back and if he does you won't put him up.

Austin seems to be mystified why Jmac would be plotting against him. I don't know, dude, maybe because you've been promising him for two weeks now that you were going to backdoor Vanessa but instead you targeted his friend Becky and now him?

Jmac's plan has backfired and now it appears that Vanessa is going to use it as her REASON to vote against him. I'm anticipating we'll see her execute one of her patented blow-ups on him before the week is out.

The way Vanessa is studying with the Austwins tells me she has no intentions of turning on them any time soon. Looks like she's going with them to F4 and don't have a plan 2.
