Without Austin, Vanessa would never have had control of the twins the way he does. She has no ability to build relationships. The only reason the twins are aligned with her is because that's what Austin wants. And as soon as he decides to go against her they will follow.

Yes, but she has always done, and will continue to do, what Austin and Liz want. Vanessa has never had any real control over her the way that Austin does.

Correct. Because Austin is in the game. Vanessa woulda had control over them if he was gone. Julia was team vanessa but liz kept trying to pull her away because liz knows austin will do anything for her because he's a love-crazed thinking with the wrong head. Bad beat for vanessa is that nobody in the house has targeted the twins which you think they would have. The house woulda went for liz because she's the glue for julia and austin. If that happened vanessa woulda got julia and austin would been the one riding their coatails/3rd wheel.

Austin may not be the greatest social player, but he is leagues ahead of Vanessa. She doesn't even know how to talk to people on a non-game level. While Meg was still crying over Jackie having just been evicted, Vanessa went up to her and said "No nominations or backdoors, ok?"

When I had access to the feeds, the twins gave Vanessa their word that they would get rid of him before her. I don't know if they have changed their minds or not, so we will see if she gets back doored if one of the noms win POV.

That could work to get him back. As the twins know she's never been against them. So if Austin got a talk like that he might say to the twins "i had a good talk with vanessa and i think we should bring her back in. Why the hell are we trying to bring james and meg all the way when they haven't been on our team this whole game." I don't know why vanessa doesn't think about doing this.

Steve no longer trust her but wouldn't mind sitting next to her b/c he doesn't think she'd get votes.

I'd like to see either Vanessa win HOH, or Jmac because he's the only one who's certain to put Vanessa on the block. Although I suppose Meg or James might as well.

I think it'll be good drama if Vanessa is either HOH or on the block. If Austin or Julia wins HOH, it's going to be another boring week.
