Austin is a really natural and comfortable liar in front of a group he wants to shank. He may have been really good had he not fell in love like a teenager. If Liz gets evicted and he focuses on winning rather than revenge, he'd be quite good. I expect Shelli to be much better also once Clay is gone and she doesn't have to spend half her day explaining the world to him and can just focus on winning. She won't get hung up on revenge for a minute unless it's the smart move. I think she realizes that if you're a decade older than your pretty boy toy and desire something longterm, having an extra $500k could be helpful.

The thing is Austin actually trusts the people in this group a little.

He should trust them. They're telling the truth. But he's still going to **** them in short order, but you wouldn't know it from his demeanor. He looks completely comfortable. He comes off like he's giving you everything he knows.

They literally said 2 min before he walked in that Austin or Vanessa are their target no matter what deal they come up and make.

Yeah, I'm probably just assuming that they'll actually fall for this type of thing again, while Vanessa and Austin never will. That group just gives away their true feelings on other people even if they're lying to you, while you have to disregard anything Vanessa or Austin are saying. You don't get their true feelings on others during this type of talk.

I think they'll go after Vanessa finally if they get the chance, but think they're pretty unlikely to get that chance. They'll never get a chance as good as this week. I just can't imagine going after Austin. It leaves a natural sister alliance, as opposed to getting rid of Liz, where you fracture all 3 with that, but they're dumb, so who knows?

I don't know why Vanessa pushed this meeting only thing that could happen is Austin/Liz/Julia back out of keeping Shelli.

100%. Even if her side wins next few and honor their deals she is still in the same bad spot. She thinks everyone is thinking about the game as hard as her but they aren't. She just doesn't get it.
