Summer is upon us once again, and that means it's time for the board's "well, this should hold us over until Survivor" show.

We're pretty in the dark about Grodner's twisty twists this year as of now, but based on the fact we only have 14 Houseguests announced for a 97 day season, we're definitely looking at either some returnees or a casting twist of some sort.

Is this show good still or did it decline?

The last 2 seasons sucked beyond belief, as in the worst overall television show in history. It was like all your favorite characters in Game of Thrones dying (Khaleesi, Tyrion, Jon Snow, Arya, Sansa) and you're left with pussy boy Ollie as the only one to root for against Ramsey Bolton for the Iron Throne. So freaking terrible.

The last two seasons have been largely atrocious but I'll still watch like a ****ing moron.

It's wild to think about how much worse the entire Grodner era probably would have been if one specific person (Dan) had never been on the show. I probably would have stopped tuning in years ago.

Speaking of atrocious, Vanessa Rousso looks godawful in that pic. Dear god almighty.

I still enjoy watching even if it isn't great. Sure I'd like changes but guessing it won't happen. Who are the rumored returnees because it def more than 14 people.

Few things I didn't like last year was

1) Overall cast was really bad.
2) BOTB guessing should ended early.

For me it's easy, I have him as solidly #3 right now, with the potential to move higher if he plays impressively a 2nd time. I can't put him ahead of Dr. Will and Dan yet since they each did it twice.

For me, he's kind of like the Kim Spradlin of Big Brother, where I think there's a really good chance he could just be the GOAT, but I'd like to see it one more time before I give him that title. Easily the most impressive game from someone playing for the 1st time though I think.

Why would it be for a laugh? I don't even have Derrick ranked all that high but couldn't think of any BBUS players that were really really good at the time besides Dr Will and Dan. Now that I think about it I would put Evel Dick and Hayden (Brigade) higher than Derrick because what they did was even more impressive.

You have to remember Derrick was not even supposed to win in his season. Cody had a choice between LOL Valerie and Derrick to sit at final 2. With Woo on Survivor, he was so unaware that he genuinely thought the jury hated Tony enough that Woo had a shot to win. With Cody it was a completely different story, he knew he would lose to Derrick but took him anyways. How you can take Derrick instead of the biggest goat in BB history is beyond me. That's how bad that cast was. Derrick won because he was in a season filled with a bunch of idiots (Donny, Nicole) and also famewhores who wanted something more out of the game than winning BB. Franky, Caleb, and Cody genuinely thought they would be huge stars after BB.

Now imagine if Dr Will/Dan or Sarah/Neda were in Derrick's season, no chance Derrick would ever win it. If Jon/Neda or Jill/Emmett were on last season with Derrick, they would've steamrolled over the house with that clueless cast. Derrick is soooo transparent anyways. If I was in the house I wouldn't believe a word he says (Neda said the same thing on RHAP, she thinks he's so transparent and not believable). The fact that he was never put on the block once his whole season should've clued the rest of the house in on what was happening but they were too stupid to realize it. That's how bad they were. So yeah I can't put Derrick that high.

There are not enough L's and O's in the world for that list.

And my gut feeling is that this season is really gonna blow. I'll still watch though. Hope the rumored cast members returning is wrong.
