It's going to be an interesting week. If no member of the Austwins is on the block those 3 are the majority of the votes. So if V puts up James and Meg and one wins veto things could become very messy.

Vanessa is talking about working out a f4 agreement with the Austwins where she'd stake them in Vegas or some ****. I don't know why BB allows this, but this is definitely a top reason why I hate her

I see vanessa, steve, and jmac forming an alliance tonight named "Geek Squad Mickey's". Supposed to be Geek Squad Megee's but Steve always messes up the name Jace told him the other side called him. Or maybe they just go with "Geeks".

If James goes this week, Meg is pretty much guaranteed top 4 right?

As much as I love Vanessa and her game I honestly think Austin is playing a better game. I always root for the most strategic player but he was smart enough to just listen to Vanessa strategically but also play an amazing social game. He really is killing it.

He fell into such a huge advantage though. Most times in Big Brother you really don't have one person that you absolutely know has your back beyond a doubt. To have two to this point is an extraordinary advantage in a house full of bad players who dont see your group as a target until too late

I agree he's been good, but who navigates the end game best between Vanessa, Austin, or possibly Steve will determine who is best imo

The best part of his personality is that he's unique amongst the annual muscle guys. He isn't threatening. He's actually semi-cerebral, and while being borderline creepy early with Liz, he has never been the type A muscle douchebag getting in faces. He's used his 3 votes wisely most of the time. Its a huge advantage, but also pressure to keep them in check, particularly when you're crushing on one like he has.

If he finds a way to get the girl who is a bit out of his league and take it all down it will be impressive. I have a feeling its going to be tough.

In what scenario would we lose Meg? If its her and James nominated, James is gone, not sure what would happen then if James wins veto, but I can't see them voting out Meg over any replacement nom.

Austin, Steve and Jmac have all commented about wanting her out over James lol I think Austin just wants a bro to hang out with and Steve seems to want Meg out because he knows she'll float to the end.

Because it's blatantly against the spirit of the game. And I assumed against the rules too but who really knows

and it's not even about splitting the money, it's about her using the fact that she's rich outside this game to her advantage. Can't see how anyone could defend her for that

I would like to think Vanessa would not let this happen though if she can help it. I am enjoying this season, but it is tough to defend a lot of these players if they actually want Meg out.

James is showing the power of likability though. You can have very little game (although I think James is decent at the game), but if you are fun to have around the house, people will be reluctant to get rid of you.

Please tell me Vanessa I'd taking out Liz

vanessa made a f2 deal with austin and with julia last night. the one with julia only applies if liz is already out

so whenever james/meg/john/steve win hoh, id expect vanessa to get them to take out liz. she would never do it herself

Vanessa is a classic angle-shooter type. She'll try and figure out any way she can to skirt the rules and then insist she's done nothing wrong.

There is literally no difference between this an a tournament where first place gets 500k and second 50k. Anyone who doesn't try to smooth that variance is insane. Actually it's far worse on BB than poker because BB is literally a one time trial. There are no other opportunities to smooth variance.

The fact that this does not happen in every season is not testament to "the spirit of the game". It's testiment to how poorly most people understand statistical concepts like variance.

Clovis is the guy who dresses up as a women to enter the ladies event at the WSOP to take advantage of new players to the game. He is flabbergasted why more men don't do it.

Or maybe it's because they understand the rules against bribing other players.
