Things will get good when Becky gets wind of the goblins' new plan, which I suspect will happen well before Thursday.

I think it may be her way of having a REASON to betray him because she thinks it's best for her game. Steve told her why he was not sure on who to vote for. Because if the whole house was voting her out he didn't want to vote for her to make shelli not trust him. But if she needed his vote to stay he would give it to her for sure. She told him ok i'll let you know 2 hours before eviction if you're vote will matter for me. If not vote for shelli if i'm going home anyway.

What i don't get is Vanessa trying to make herself steve's target? She's bad-mouthing him all over the house with 0 facts. He comes up to her to be playful going under the hammock and she get annoyed basically acting as if f off, i'm done with you.

He's of no use to her in the game now, or so she thinks, so she's treating him like dirt. Just an example of how her social game sucks.

Vanessa and Austwins thinking Becky and Johnny Mac are married and JMac is a cop.

Now Meg JMac Clay and Becky are all cousins. This all started because Becky's HOH letter said her room is not normally clean but in the house she is a clean freak.

I agree. But even if he leaves she should want to stay on good terms for his vote if she makes it to final 2. I actually think it might also be her feeling guilty about betraying him so she's trying to convince herself that he's betraying her so she feels ok with her decision.

Her social game does suck. She's always talking to people like she's a lawyer whose berating the witness wanting to prove her case that the other person is the liar. Not a smooth lawyer who elegantly and concisely makes their argument and then lets the jury decide. Austin is pretty smooth with his social game where he always lets the discussion go to where he sees the person he's talking to wants it to go. For instance with james today he assumed james wanted vanessa out when the convo started so he was leaning on things to say to distance himself from vanessa so he looks on board to james. Then when he heard more he could tell james wanted vanessa to stay so he slid to pro vanessa very smoothly like that's what he wanted to. I mean i don't expect vanessa to be a shady/no loyalty dude like Austin. Just saying she could learn from him of how to have a relaxed social convo without making the person you're talking to feel like their on trial.

This is just because they heard about the 8 person deal that didn't include them. It basically forced them to work together

And ya I've actually been impressed by Austin lately. He is much better at being relaxed and comfortable while talking to people. I think Meg/james/Jackie really want to work with him and the twins, and vice versa

He had a good quote about how they are on the same intellect level, as a reason to work with them (while calling Vanessa way too good and how he'd never want to be on the block against her)

The trios pairing up would be a weird dynamic. At some point they need a swing vote so a 7th would be attractive for them, but that person can only get to final 4 unless they can break up the trio they swing for. I'm not sure that role is attractive unless you have someone else with you and can wedge away one of the trio to join you.

I.E. Vanessa is the swing, brings someone like Steve along and then grabs one of JJM to jump to therm. Austwins would be an option only if you could convince Austin that Liz will never bring him.

I'm not really sure how the trio pairing works unless they can plan on getting a swing vote in but like I said it's not an easy sell to the swing man.

Didn't watch much of the feeds yesterday, but when I woke up this morning JJM were trashing Becky hardcore. I'm sure Vanessa told them about Becky telling Clelli everything last week. If they don't come to their senses and realize getting Vanessa out will cause the other side of the house to implode on itself then they have no shot unless their run good in HOH's continues.

The Austwins are a lot less likely to bail on Vanessa than Shelli. Until Vanessa is out of the house they will always side with her.

Vanessa told Steve what she was gonna do before it even happened. Becky told JMac after it happened, JMac lied to Steve about the details of it and Steve believes him over Vanessa who told him the truth.

They also put themselves in the position to not be in the 8. JMac walked into a room in week 2 and thought he never needed another ally.

It's very unlikely that either trio would be the full f3. They'd have to win all the challenges from f7 to f4. And this is even if they team up as a 6. It's more likely both trios would lose 1-2, which is why its not terrible to be in the middle. But I'd definitely rather be a part of the trio - just not the head of it. So like I think Julia and Jackie are in the best positions since no one is gonna target them any time soon and they both have shields in front.

Also if Liz ever goes out, I could easily see Julia teaming up with someone to go against Austin.

Also don't overlook how james and Austin have grown closer. Austin was defending james last night even when j/j/m weren't in the room. They kind of bonded over both having to protect girls (Liz/Julia and Jackie/Meg)

The feeds will be good until eviction. Everyone knows the deal now, Shelli's campaigning will start. Becky is campaigning hard to Jacky right now to get rid of Vanessa. Though Becky campaigning against Vanessa will not help, JJM already mentioned that the more Becky wants to get Vanessa out, the more they want to keep her.

Becky's game is buried right now. JJM don't trust her, Austwins were just saying they hate her and want her out, Vanessa wants her head on a stick. I don't think she has a relationship with Steve. All she has is J-Mac.

You would have thought less likely to bail on vanessa than shelli. But we found out this week the austwins are sell outs only caring about themselves. They were ready to let her go this week without a word spoken. Only reason she's staying is the goblins want shelli out more than vanessa. It's starting to look like there is no other side anymore. The austwins are working with the enemy now as them and goblins are uniting a 6 team deal. Meg, Jackie, james, Austin, twins. Austin said "this is how we role but sometimes things won't go that smooth so maybe vanessa wins some hoh's and she'll probably take some of them out." But it's all on vanessa now to stay and win comps, or win over the other side of the house, because the austwins don't have her back. If she survives and is around they might decide to keep her and act like they were always with her but it would just be by circumstance of how the cards got dealt. They'd rather becky, john, steve go first but if vanessa gets in trouble they won't try to sway the goblins.

John tells Shelli her only hope is to get James and Meg by publicly saying that she is going after Austin and the twins.

not sure how this changes thing.

It has a small shot to work. The goblins wouldn't mind getting rid of Vanessa anyways so if her pitch is good and genuine it could work. That's why someone with a good social game is great for BB. Shelli has it, if only she wasn't so childish about things like stealing back Clay's clothes etc. She could've easily just ask nicely from James to have them back. Funny how her childish antics could get her evicted this week.
