Yeah I went full circle with him. I didn't like him from the second I saw him then I liked him a lot and now I think he is a tool. The only good thing about him now is he is a shield for Vanessa.

Didn't you guys think he was a tool when his primary motivation to get Jeff out of the house was because he was in bed with Liz who's not even his girl.

This is why I tell people I could never go on Big Brother. Everything you say is analyzed and made to make you look like a bad person. I mean most of this stuff is what guys say to each other on a daily basis.

Yes and if he were to get backdoored by his own alliance in the coming weeks it would just be awesome television. The cherry on top would be Liz saying in his goodbye message that she was just using him.

Do you know if he was being genuine? Or just saying it because he's talking to the other side of the house and knows that's their agenda anyway. So he wants to look on board so as he's not a target for them.

Also Steve doesn't have an alliance with Shelli and Clay(they didn't agree to let him in saying let's wait on him) and they haven't been up yet. So it's possible he was steering them that way.

Steve said the other day when by himself that the only person in the house he knows he can trust is Vanessa.

You think Steve has been less loyal to the alliance than they have been to him? Not once has he said to his alliance to put up one of our own and if he goes he goes. Or "i'm gonna put up Steve this week and tell him it's just to make it look like we're not together. But really gonna take him out. He better come correct this week."

Nice try with the nice loyalty comment but it doesn't hold water.

Of course. Funny thing is i think that was the same reason Jeff was talking about getting Austin out. Both tools!

Do you know what Austin meant? I don't. I think he meant "correct him" as in make sure he doesn't throw any more HOHs. He could have meant put him up so he could throw BOB and remain in power. He could've meant put him up as a pawn to show they aren't working together to the other side. He also could've meant put him up to get him out. Steve is just a side alliance to Austin. Steve knows this and so does Austin. However, I do think Austin would be loyal to Steve before the other side of the house but he is expendable.

All I'm saying is no matter what ever happens you defend Steve. That's fine, we all have our favorites. I like him too but you seem to always give him the benefit of the doubt. I think you give good insight and seem to understand the difference between when people are telling the truth or lying, but when it comes to Steve you seem to take everything so personally and forget it's a game. That being said, I could be wrong and I could've missed some of the convos about Steve and you could be totally right about all of this.

I'm not so sure people see him as a leader so much as people just like him as a person. Also I think he's a lot smarter than he lets on.

I think you give good insight as well. And i hear what you're saying. I'm a little biased of course, as i do root for Steve and Vanessa. But i believe i'm being fair. If Steve does something scummy i would say it. Just like i have with Vanessa even though i root for her. I rooted for Austin until he proved to be a tool then said so. I get Austin seeing Steve as one of the last in the alliance. It doesn't mean he should look to target him or not care if someone does. I care even more that Vanessa isn't standing up for Steve. He shouldn't be low man on her alliance pole. She made a final 2 with him. Yet she treats him as expendable. Offering to put him on the block and if he goes he goes. Now she's not defending him when Austin says he wants to put him up? That's scummy. How do you think she'd feel if the alliance treated her that way? And she's so worried about Shelli and Clay thinking she's working with Steve that she throws him under the bus saying maybe he's in a group with jackie etc... Why not just say i trust him, we should consider bringing him in to Shelli and Clay before you force him to go to the other side?

Why are the twins(they treat them like the golden child) or Austin not expendable? Not this week for Liz as you want the other to come in. But you never hear any subversive talk towards them except from Shelli and Clay slightly on Austin. Steve is a more valued asset than the twins or Austin. But because he's a nerd they take advantage of him and treat him like bait/not giving him equal rights in the alliance.

I don't know what they are thinking but my best guess is Vanessa thinks the other side sees her Austin and Liz as a threesome and she needs the other 2 in the game more than Steve. If she is on the block with either Austin or Liz she has a better chance of staying than if she was on the block with Steve. If Austin were to go she would be the biggest threat left for that side. She did try to get Steve in with Shelli and Clay but they refused. She told him about it.

Vanessa is still trying to look weak/emotional and non strategic to the other side. She wants to get them out without them knowing she is drawing a line so this could be a reason Steve's name has been mentioned as well.

If Vanessa wants to be seen as non strategic, she shouldn't be making deals that makes no sense with Jackie. It only makes her come across as super sketchy, over thinking, and playing the game too hard. Jackie saw right through it and will be putting her up. And ffs stop wearing sunglasses in the house 24/7. People want to look into your eyes when they're talking to you. Makes it look like you're hiding something and lying to them.

I agree with you her deals are stupid but Jackie didn't see through anything. She just knows Vanessa got Jeff out so she is going after her.

The "other side" of the house is leaps and bounds behind Shelli/Clay/Vanessa/Austin in this game.

They were convinced that Liz is a twin, but then say that they would rather have the second twin enter the game than have someone from the jury house come back.

...Until Jason explains to them a couple days ago that it could be them in the jury house, without a chance to come back. Then all of the sudden they are saying that they "should try to get the twin out", and have one week to do it.
