Shelli/Clay want new alliance with Vanessa + John + Steve. Shelli said it will be interesting what Vanessa says since she wanted Steve up. Clay then says that's just b/c she's not as close to Steve as us.

Audrey keeps playing seeds that Steve is doing things all past houseguests that won have done. Such as leaving clothes, having a "fake necklace" to swear on later and changing his appearance like Derrick.

Also I don't think it's that uncommon. They always try to make excuses for when they're in rooms together. You see that every time a group breaks up they try and exit one at a time over intervals to be less suspicious. So entering/exiting rooms def has some strategy behind it, or at least it's something most of them are conscious about
