Chuck wrote that letter while Jimmy was working in the HHM mailroom, but before he became a lawyer.

He was legitimately proud that Jimmy got his life together.

Heh yeah, I mean don't get me wrong I got a yuge nerdboner when I realized who he was, but that felt like 100% fan service and a totally unnecessary scene. Hoping he has a greater role going forward, I always loved Gale's wide-eyed optimism.

I lost it when we discovered that the copier dude was sleeping at the office because he bought his wife a vacuum cleaner.

Was this the first ep of the season with no flash-forward?

They only do the flash forwards the first episode of each season.

Like calling 911 and hanging up wouldn't get the cops to come check it out 100%.

Twins: can gun down a whole platoon, but can't tagteam Hank Schrader.

(And wasn't Hank unarmed?)

Exactly what I was thinking, though maybe 15 years ago in NM, PDs didn't go out to 911 hang ups, maybe just a call back. Not sure if procedures have changed.

She is clearly not excited about prospect of working for big banking conglomerate for next 20 years. She wants someone to tell her that it is ok to walk away from that.

Pretty sure one of the signs inside the store was advertising two lines for $50 and unlimited data. Did they have unlimited data plans back when flip phones and nokia's were still a thing?

With the big guns from John's Hopkins working on Hector he should be ringing his bell before too long.

Did Gus bring them in to keep Hector alive so he can torture him?

Right before that woman walked into the diner to have breakfast with Mike, the cook rang a bell. I remember that was a thing on BrBa...hope we're not foreshadowing her getting caught in Hector's crossfire with Mike.

BTW, why did Mike want to sniper-rifle Hector again? I can't remember that far back any more.

Great episode last night. The Salamanka(i'm sure the spelling is wrong hahha) brothers are absolutely fearless, loved that scene. They need to hurry up and turn Jimmy into Saul Goodman already because his character right now is boring as hell.

Mike was in full DGAF mode.

Going off on grief faker(ala Marla in Fight Club)

Told Gus that he promised to not kill Salamanca , not be his bodyguard.
If you wanna make a move make a move
Otherwise quit running games and tell me what you want!

The people that are the most honest with Jimmy are the "crooks"

Thanks.

I have 1000 more questions now, but they're too basic for this forum. I'll just need to rewatch the whole damn show from the beginning.

4 liters of Diet Coke per day for decades might have zero calories, but it turns out that massive consumption of aspartame like that can murder your memory.

Strange, I noticed the sign, but thought it said "Limited Data" (in Spanish).

additionally, Hector first killed the good samaritan that found the driver (the driver was executed when Mike was watching thru his sniper scope) and also threatened Mike's family (the Salamanca twins showed up when Mike was at the swimming pool with his daughter and did the pistol point thing at him).

Found this fun video. Actors who play Jimmy, Kim, Howard, Gus, and Nacho recap the first three seasons in ten minutes:

mike snapped when he learned in the therapy group that the girls husband went for a hike and disappeared. mike thought that was the work of the cartel as well and that really set him off.
