Survivor: Who is the best Survivor contestant of all time? Survivor: Who is the best Survivor contestant of all time?

20 seasons and 10 years have gone by and Survivor has seen some awesome players. I have made a list of 16 men and 16 women. I feel like 2p2 needs to choose who we think the best player is. I gave all 19 winners a bid on the list, then filled in the rest.

First things first. I think there should be 2 brackets of 16 men and women, so if you feel like a certain player is missing, post here on which player they should replace.

We can than choose how we can set up rounds, criteria and other things like that.

Men:
Bob Crowley
Brian Heidik
Chris Daugherty
Ethan Zohn
JT Thomas
Lex Van Den Berghe
Ozzy Lusth
Richard Hatch
Rob Cesternino
Rob Mariano
Russell Hantz
Stephen Fishbach
Todd Herzog
Tom Weston
Yau-Man Chan
Yul Kwon

Women:
Amanda Kimmel
Amber Mariano
Cirie Fields
Danni Boatwright
Jenna Lewis
Jenna Morasca
Jerry Manthey
Natalie Bolton
Natalie White
Parvati Shallow
Sandra Diaz-Twine
Shii Ann Huang
Stephenie LaGrossa
Taj Johnson-George
Tina Wesson
Vecepia Towery

Earl (winner of Figi)

I'm not sure who he should replace I'd say Bob.

I think Eliza Orlins is easily one of the top 16 female players, but we could just save a lot of time and call Parvati the GOAT. With the men it's tougher. I think you could make a strong case for several of them.

When thinking about the best, I always go to Yul. It's a shame that he had the totally busted HII and was basically able to walk into the finals.

do it with everyone submits a top 10, 10pts for a 1st place vote, 1 pts for a 10th place vote. you could do it for male and female if you want, but that's an easy one time thing that everyone can do

I was iffy on this thread when I saw it in the OOTV lobby, and when I opened it and saw Bob Crowley as the first name on the list, I just started laughing. This will go nowhere.

It's Rob Cesternino. He's the GOAT, and it's not particularly close. /thread

The only thing the idol helped Yul with was convincing Jonathan to flip, and he would've done it anyway because of his disillusionment with the Raros. Other than that, the idol was mostly irrelevant in the overall scheme of things. As Yul pointed out, the Raros lacked the numbers to organize a split vote, and the Aitu were too tight to defect. Once Nate was booted, the Aitus were in control.

The idol was very relevant because it prevented anyone from thinking about targeting Yul. we will never know if someone would have tried to get him out if he didn't have the idol.

The only ones who would've entertained the notion of targeting Yul were the Raros themselves, and they didn't even know he had the idol until Nate was gone and the Aitus were in charge. The other Aitus were too loyal to ever betray Yul, and Jonathan respected Yul and was too disillusioned with the Raros to think of doing the same.

It certainly plays out a lot differently with today's rules.

I really need to watch Yul/Ozzy/Todd/Tom's native seasons.

However at this point now that we've had two all-star seasons, I think a more interesting question is:

Who would be your single most anticipated person to return for a second season of Survivor?

For me, it's easily Brian Heidik.

Also, OP messed up Tom's last name. Fail.

Parv or Russell

edit:

2nd season IDK maybe Monica from Samoa, I liked her bikini bottoms.

Yeah, by 2nd season I meant somebody who hasn't been on FvF, All-Stars or HvV. But your edit got it I think.

Yeah I totally looked past the "second" season, and my opinion sucks here because I have a lot of seasons to catch up on, but Monica had a smoking hot look imo, and I'd like to see her again.

Yul or Rob C. (whose season I never completely watched).

Earl should be on the list instead of either Bob or Stephen.

edit: and yeah, I love Monica too. She even walked hot.

Hatch and Heidek are the two that can best be argued for having strong strategical games and then also winning. Parvati is also up there obviously...but It's really quite pointless tbh..these conversations really go nowhere. We all agree that the same 4-5 people are great so who really cares.
