I'm not sure what to make of the whole lake house (dream?) sequence. Definitely surprising. How many episodes are there this season?

While I liked the finale I thought it was a weaker ep than 7 which if I reflect is the best one for the season. I think that's going to be a thing with HBO that penultimate > finale.

I really liked the tying together of the frame for Barry to have crouched in the window to make it look like Bolivians which was fast thinking since he would have been b-lining to the garage. It was a little bothersome that two master assassins couldn't kill someone but immediately forgiven considering how well the series is done.

Most will know just from the preview that Barry's monologue in ep 1 will come back to haunt, I had just rewatched from 1 a few weeks back while introducing someone to the show so it was fresh in my head anyway. I lol'ed when after hearing the miracle that is high speed internet you eventually see a 2.4Ghz wireless G linksys router circa 2005 and a dell lattitude probably d530 series from 2007. It seems strange that they are choosing to use these older machines when their cell phones are modern.
