the group song on the results show was pretty good

Going to have to disagree.

I feel they've been cringe-worthy both weeks, and the lip synching is horrendous. I've usually fast forwarded through them in the past, so I really cannot compare, but this year each of the songs has featured contestants giving looks at the camera that say "I can't believe I have to do this bullsh*t."

I just don't understand why they lipsync the group performances. Seems really dumb to me.

have you heard some of the performances?


trying to get 20 people to sing in harmony, when 10 of them cant sing isn't going to work well.

lacey brown isn't horrible this week!

Siobahn was pretty good, not amazing. Good song/arrangement choice. Not like she's worried about anything for the next month.

Didn't see Katie's performance. I liked Siobhan's performance a lot, one of the better ones I've seen from any of the girls recently. I'm totally disagreeing with the judges about Lacey, I thought she was boring. Not dreadful, just boring.

kaetlyn epperly isn't horrible but she's so mediocre that i actually want to say that she sucks.

didi benami -- looks smoking tonight! as soon as the song started i was expecting something great but was disappointed.

this chick is so limited in what she can do. no way in hell should she win.

this chick is a one trick pony, maybe if she sings "hey jude" every week she can stick around




paige miles --- i like her but she needs to take some female hormones to get her voice higher. --and she needs to not gloss up that big upper lip it's too distrracting.

Other than Paige, nothing was horrible tonight, and it showed that overall the girls are much stronger than the guys. I can see Katelyn going home, and Paige doesn't have a chance.

I placed Didi first because I thought it was a great performance, and while Crystal's was as well, I don't think she did anything unique with the song. I know Siobahn is very talented, but I know I would never buy her album (for the record, I've yet to ever purchase an AI-alum's recording).

I liked Lacey for the first time ever tonight, and I expect it will return to hate soon enough.

Hm. The episode was pretty boring. Had to listen to all the songs a second time to get an idea for what I really liked.


My Thoughts :

Siobhan Magnus - Good performance, close to flawless. Judged harshly because of no big note like last week, although the song was overall very good. I would say perfect, but I don't really know how to judge that, so..9/10

Crystal Bowersox - Good performance, close to flawless. 9/10

Didi Benami - Sooo much better than last week, similar to how she was back in hollywood. Seemed off in a couple parts, but overall very good. 8.5/10

Lacey Brown - Yayyy shes doing good again! Again, this reminds me of her hollywood week performances. Very good. 7.5/10

Lilly Scott - Okay, kind of annoying/boring. 6/10

Katie Stevens - Pretty boring. Not that bad, not that good. 5/10

Katelynn Epperly - Awful song choice. Did some cool things with her voice though. 4/10


Paige Miles - Awful. 2/10

I think Siobhan and Crystal are the 2 frontrunners imo. I'm not feeling Lilly for some reason. Didi was good, her voice is very unique. Katelyn was meh and Paige is sooo going home.

Everybody seems to think Didi was really good and Lily was meh tonight except me. Hmm. I'll have to rewatch it.
