Wow WTF judges I didn't think Didi was that bad at all.

The audio has to be screwed up... either for us or for the judges

I would eliminate the girls in order: Haeley, Lacey, Michelle. Those are the only three I would consider, really.

My quick thoughts (x-posted w/other thread):

I think tonight really separated the girls field.

Crystal and Lilly were my favorite performances. Crystal just had a great voice, a ton of soul. Lilly is so unique and will go a long way (but not all the way).

Siobahn was also good, but not great. With that said, she's a serious contender.

Katie, Katelyn and Paige were okay. Didi made a horrible song choice.

I hated Michelle coming in, and now that she chose a Nickelback song, she's dead to me.

Haley and redhead should go home.

Wow the girls (half of em anyways) really did well and the top 3 were legitimately great. Guys have no chance. From tonight:

Lacey has some of the most beautiful eyes I've ever seen.

Siohban is the frontunner imo. I didn't like her song choice this week so much, but she was good regardless.

I thought Didi was better than the judges gave her credit for.

I hated Michelle tonight, I hate that song, I hate her version. Don't know what Simon + his girlfriend were thinking praising her.

Siobhan can wipe the floor with them all vocally but she's a bit raw. If she were more "polished" (like say Adam Lambert) she would crush everybody. I think Crystal is her only threat. Crystal is a lot more of a finished product. I love Lily too but am afraid she'll get cut around 8th. I don't think any of the guys can win without significant improvement.

Tonight was finally a good show. I knew these girls were talented.

I liked Kaitlyn, Lilly, Crystal, and Siobhan quite a bit tonight. I still really love Didi's voice but have a bad feeling one of Haeley and Lacey is going to sneak into next week over her, since America sucks.

I don't think this will be the top 6, but I think these are the only people that can contend.

Michael is a great singer, he's just not as good as Reuben, and not as good as 3-4 of the girls.

Lily is great, but I think she will suffer from having Crystal in the competition, and basically, I think Crystal is more talented than Lily.

I almost put Lily on the list, but I'm sticking to my guns


Casey might make the top 4 or 5, but once he gets into performing two songs a night vs. this potential lineup

he is going to get shown up hardcore. he will be laughable bad compared to the rest of them.

I still think Garcia is holding back until the top 10 or 11 personally.


You can make a case for Aaron, but these young guys usually flame out top 8, and really, no guy is THAT good that they should be on the list.

You can argue Katie should be on the list, but she's only 17, and she's not as polished as Crystal, and uglier than Didi and Crystal, and she's just awkward on the stage.

Didi isn't making it that far. But yes Siobhan is going to win.

This years theme of make it something different needs to end. Like 10% of idol contests can pull it off and it leads to a lot of really terrible performances.

I predicted siobhan as the winner back in the first hollywood round. Looks like my prediction is coming true . Too bad I have no real credit card so I couldnt bet on her at 50-1 .


On that note, katelynn epperly is a huge dark horse imo. I really don't know what all the people who are complaining about it being too slow are bitching about. Seriously, that song was haunting. She made it her own, and way better imo.

I'm starting to think Siobhan is hot too. Hmm.

She really screwed up one of the notes early in her performance ~25sec here but the rest was so awesome I don't care.

I got Simoan at 25-1, so I'm fine with that

wtf, DeDe was pretty damn great, yet Simon and Kara both thought Michelle was good??

her performance tonight wasn't perfect, but it was very good.
