Siobhan was the best, by far...she showed amazing control on a really tough song.

Crystal did well but the judges were right - the song was meh

Didi did a better job on that song than the original artist.

Katelyn, Ashley, Michelle, Katie and Lilly all did a decent job. Nothing memorable, though. Paige was a notch below these girls.

Janelle and Lacey did not do well at all and picked horrible songs to sing.

I want to stick rusty knives into Haily and cut off her head so she never performs again.

Yeah Kelly's performance has definitely been the best of the group so far, and I didn't like him much coming in.

I still didn't think it was really close to good though. Is week one always this brutal? I mean nothing has been even close to good.

That's a really good song to do on this show if you have the vocals... could make for an awesome performance. He obviously doesn't have anywhere near the voice.

Joe was clearly avoiding the high notes in that song, I guess it's good that he arranged it to hide that, but I'm willing to bet he doesn't have much range. He's got a pretty good voice though.
