Just started. Damn Siobhan sounds awful tonight

10 songs in 2 hours, so much filler. like i g.a.f. about Usher's new CD.


Siobhan - boring and pitchy also, she needs to stop dressing like a ritard. After her first 3 performances I thought she was great. The last three have been boring and screaming. I'm becoming less of a fan by the week.


Casey- boring and boring. Idol 9 makes me sad. Watching Cook's version of Hello and then this, man, not even the same league. Still cant sing. Then Simon says it's his best performance yet. Guess what, his best performance is still ranked behind about 10 of David Cook's. w/e though. He wasn't bad, just boring.



Michael - consistently really good. I am now rooting for Big Mike to win. For me, Mike has the 3 best male vocals of the year.



Didi - i didn't hate it, i didn't love it, next


Tim- zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz Simon


Andrew- 1 trick pony goes back to his 1 trick. probably a good idea. he'll be safe this week


Katie- love it. my fav of hers of all time.


Quizno - First time I've been impressed with him the whole show. Wasn't perfect, but for the first time, I can see him as a contender. Much more so than Casey. I really think one of the guys has to make the top 3, so it's either Casey, mike or Lee


commercial for Knight and Day - looks like the worst move ever made, and I've seen Battlefield Earth


Crystal - stfu about surprises, just play some music wow, usher called the surprise? what a shocker. I mean, wtf else could it be? Is she going to sing topless? no. pretty brutal performance compared to the rest of hers. Compared to everyone else it was average. stop back talking the judges you ******

No one likes him? This is probably the most wrong thing you've said ITT. He was trending WORLDWIDE on twitter for nearly 2 hours after he performed. For about 30 - 45 minutes he was the number 1 worldwide trending topic....no one else on IDOL was trending at all...except Tim Urban for like 10 minutes at one point. Pre-teen girls, LDO. Oh not to mention most of his fanbase is on the West Coast, so he's definitely gonna be trending again in about 40 mins when he performs pacific time.

And how is singing Forever on acoustic incorporated with a string section being a one trick pony? It's totally diff. then taking an uptempo pop song like Straight Up and playing it acoustically. Forever on Acoustic is super standard and it was dope that he incorporated violins in the performance. Genie in a bottle was one trick pony like, this wasn't.

I'll give you the fact that Kelley and some other girl that have won Grammy's like him. Fine, ppl like him.


The fact is, he played Straight up, then bombed for 5 weeks, then went and did another song just like he did straight up. It's like he's on the Sirius radio station Coffee House.


For an example of someone who isn't a one trick pony. Go watch Always Be My Baby and then Hello or Billie Jean from David Cook.

I don't think Garcia is bad, it's just he isn't going to win AI with one song type. Andrew is probably the 5th guy left, after Mike, Lee, Casey AND Aaron

Personally, I feel the judges have only themselves to blame for Tim. There were clearly better choices in Hollywood; his lack of talent is a reflection of their poor decision making.

Also, all the Andrew hate is a bit harsh imo. Yes, he is ****ting the bed, but Tim and Didi are so obviously worse itd be an atrocity if he got knocked out before those two, he has at least shown glimpses of greatness.

Tim didn't make it through in Hollywood. He only made it because Chris Golightly got screwed and he was called in as a replacement. I wonder how much the producers consulted the judges on who they picked.

He is sort of a one trick pony but he's so damn good. I think he could have a hit record.

To compare this to last year, I enjoyed this acoustic guitar performance more than I enjoyed any of Kris Allen's guitar performances last year.

I just want to be clear, I think Andrew does what he does well. I liked his performance today. Just pointing out the negatives.

Thats right, I forgot about that. That still doesnt change the fact that there is no way in hell he was the top reserve from the people cut in Hollywood.

I was disappointed when the guy who robbed the bank when he was younger didnt make it through. His rendition of Trouble was great at the initial audition.

I think Thaddeus should have made it in as the reserve from what i saw. But really, if they didn't make the top 24, they weren't winning anyway.

Yeah... it's only cool if you actually are really good at playing the instrument, otherwise don't do it imo.

This is why I didn't like Katelyn Epps... Scott last year was awesome at the piano and loved watching him play. Hmmm, I might get his new album...
