i was a huge didi fan in the beginning but fading fast. she cant do enough with her voice. her talent is far too limited for the big time

I agree with this 100%. Didi was really good tonight. Crystal was good also, but she was basically just doing a Tracy Chapman soundalike so fewer points from me there. Lilly and Siobhan are still my favs overall, but neither was particularly stellar. Lacey was way better than I expected but she still obv has no chance.

ETA: Paige you have a good voice but wtf are you doing ffs how can people be this bad at picking songs

I also really liked Didi and wasn't as high on Crystal as everyone else. I mostly just find Crystal really predictable with her song choices and pretty much know what she's going to do, so I never have that blown away feeling after one of her performances. I like the quirkiness and unpredictability of Siobhan and Lilly.

Paige - hey, i thought this was White Idol, wtf. all racist ban materially aside, she's really awful. super boring song, and she's not even singing it well.


Going back to watch Simoan sing, then watching this, its like watching the good auditions and then bad auditions in the first week.



Crystal - good stuff. solid again. Simon, wtf, she's been a cocky _____ from day one. Regardless, this girl is good.

I think it was good for what she does. I don't know anything about singing, vocals,music lessons or anything, but here is my thought on Didi.

At some point she or someone realized that she didn't have the voice or range to hold notes or do certain things with her voice, so she adpated by singing that style that allows her to hide some flaws, and has a neat sound to it...ONCE. I mean I cold listen to Didi do a good song once every two weeks, but could you imagine what an album would sound like?

It be like hootie and the blowfish, crash test dummies, Huey Lewis...ugh please stop with the same sound...

Siobhan is becoming hot, in a kinky, geeky way.

Simon was off the mark on most of his opinions tonight I thought. The only judge to me who it seems like does not have an agenda to push is Ellen. Randy doesn't have one yet. Simon/Kara are trying to sell bull**** every week already.

Paige Miles had the worst performance since Tilikum the Killer Whale.

Doesn't it seem pretty wack that Siobhan had to do her interview with Ryan then run down to the stage to perform in the time it took him to say, "And now, Siobhan with her rendition of blah blah blah by blah blah blah!" ?

Major disadvantage imo.

Siobhan has a better voice than Crystal, but Crystal is a musician, where I think Siobhan is a singer.
