That last act was even more shameless than I expect from AGT. You always know the last act is going to be a sob story/tugging at the heart strings kinda act, but Jesus Christ!

The acrobats were really good.
The India guys, that was insane.
The ghost chair was so stupid and rehearsed.

I like him a lot in Brooklyn 99 but I think his stick will get old real quick. Except when he awkwardly interacts with the kid acts, that will always be funny

I hate that role from anyone that put in it, like Nick Cannon. You have to just stand off stage and act like a dumb ass during acts. "Damn that **** is wack"

It was cool when he joined the acrobats tho.

Nick Cannon was good at it. that Kardashian they had for one year made Tyra Banks look like a normal-sized woman. Both were awful. Crews is meh.

also I hate how these shows turn into sappy dramas more than talent shows

you have to realize that it's not actually a talent show - it's a TV show that wants to appeal to the broadest audience possible. Sappy sells.

The sappiness is incredibly cringy....just so, so bad.

What do you think of the new judges:

Gabrielle Union is nice to look at but she hasn't made much of an impression. Jullianne Hough seems rather....dim.

The beer trick is just a spin on an old magician trick done tons of times. I was mildly amused.

Imo, Jullianne is horrible. She flaps her mouth without anything intelligent coming out way way too much. I like Gabrielle.

I'll take MelB over Jullianne. (!!!!)

Pretty Meh show tonight. The 10 year old girls voice was good, the dog was good.
JH looks so weird with heavy makeup on, especially the eye makeup.
