so sick, pretty sad to have renee die

unbelievable what Jack has gone through in his life, I think this death makes it more likely that he dies in the end of this season. Would be pretty sick tho, since 24 will be just remembered as the show where everybody died. Was pretty funny to see CTU earlier, when Hastings made his exit speech and only the drones guy wastnt an unknown since people die so fast at CTU.

I thought the fact that he started the season moving away with Kim, husband, and grandkid kind of made it more likely that he would die.

yea that too but just the fact that all that hes gone through (torture etc.) and that everybody he loves just dies makes an honorable heroic death (probably sacrificing himself for Kim or his country) more likely since it will be some kind of salvation for him + makes an good end to 8 seasons + will keep him in mind as awesome/great/whatever to all his fans.
