I loved that they just showed the carnage from the scene and not the actual battle. Glad they don't pull that move often but it was perfect for that moment.

Nice symmetry of planting a listening device on Logan again also.

To wait for a week for the finale is just monkey tilting the life out of me.

+1, as in great horror movies, the aftermath is often more shocking than the act

Dark Bauer might be the most badass thing in the history of the universe. Watching Logan **** his pants watching it all unfold was awesome.

And it's just LOL to me how much Lost is failing at this point. Lost is the overall better show but 24 writers are definitely getting what people want to see in the final run, the other guys not so much. Though they still have a couple chances to redeem themselves

Wow the last 4 or 5 episodes have been the best run in the show's history. Just awesome.

Umm, the Russians love Rocky. If I can change, and you can change, everybody can change!

WOW! What an awesome episode. Just when I thought last week's episode couldn't be topped, they pull this off.

Small nit: they have this video that they want to preserve and show as evidence of the Russian coverup. The video doesn't really say much--I doubt that the reporter even knows who the two people in the video even are.

But that's beside the point. If they wanted to preserve the video and makes sure it gets seen, why not just post it on Youtube? Yeah, the reporter would lose the exclusive, so she might not want to do that. But Jack doesn't give a damn about the exclusive, so why didn't he just post it on Youtube.

Because that video would've been flagged for copyright infringement of Fox. Then Jack would REALLY be screwed

For a season that started like crap, I gave up for a while, this has been probably one of the best stretch run final season stories I can recall for any show. They put the rivet back in riveting TV.

Honestly I think this season has been far better start to finish (so far) than at least 3 others. I've enjoyed the fact that it hasn't been threat after threat after threat with the 24 hours being cut into 3 or 4 very different storylines though I guess they are pretty far from that whole nuclear rod thing like 14 episodes ago.

Just showing the aftermath of Jack taking out the Russians was excellent.

The old friends, the weird Dana sub plot, the nuclear rods..............I made a post ITT that I would stop, wait for the season to finish, and marathon it. But did they ever draw me back into the story.

Gregory Itzin was just great in this episode as a classic mastermind villain. Him blubbering to Jack was just epic. The entire tunnel scene was quite possibly the best scene in 24 history, with Logan screaming and pissing himself and Jack just walking straight down the tunnel calmly shooting Secret Service "to wound" and then shooting a hole in the windshield, dropping the stink bomb in, and covering the hole with his foot, so awesome.
