Best heel of the show was Nina. The awesomeness of her heel character was the only thing that saved a heel turn that was just as illogical as Dana's.

Sherry is another good choice.

Tony was supposed to be in this category, but something about his turn just didn't work for me. I can't really even explain it. But I didn't have the hatred for him that I did for Nina or Sherry.

I think I'm in the minority on the following though: I loved President Logan as head bad guy.

Kim as most annoying character is a really easy pick.

good question. i guess both! i hated sherry so much that i wished she wasn't on the show, but i guess that means the writers/actress did a pretty good job.

Ya, I hated Sherry, but that was definitely writers intent. The show would have been worse if that character never existed.

Can't say the same for Kim.

Great call! i hated this broad and her awful way of doing things (like every director of CTU post-Jack... JB saves her arse and then she's all "you work for me Jack, you do what I say" really Erin? really? Jack has been right about everything ever and people still question him?! i did like that they wrote her off the show quickly w/ her daughter dying.

That's just how all the heads of CTU are written. Same thing with George Mason, Hastings, the ME from SVU, Chappelle, etc. The ones who stay around long enough start becoming likable (like Hastings is). Erin Driscoll just had no redeeming qualities. And she was part of possibly the worst subplot in 24 history.
