I mean he can't be dead right? But yeah having 16 episodes left in the series and adding massive confusing time dilation storylines is an odd choice.

In the past couple of weeks I powered through all 6 seasons of this crap. This show is interesting enough to keep watching but really isn't too good. And it seems to get a little worse each season and episode. Season 6 was flat out bad as they were reinvented yet again.

I would have liked to see season one a bit more on their own before being exposed to the grounders and did more of a Lord of the Flies scenario. This show has more promise than delivery though. My favorite episode was the Hunger Games battle for control of the bunker.

Thought it was decent enough - there was reasonable lore for everything in hindsight, the season 7 journey was quite enjoyable and it did feel like anyone could potentially die for a while. I've def seen worse season finales!

I thought it was pretty bad. It seems they gave up midseason and just started writing ridiculous crap.

Very convenient of them to just drop the whole concept of time running at different speeds depending where you are. Or the nuclear reactor issues that just fix themselves. Or...

And why did Maddie or the bad dude get teleported by stabbing themselves? Because they swallowed pills that would cause an emergency recovery alert? idk...

After binge watching this earlier in the pandemic I was happy to see the new (final?) season of this hit Netflix. Uhg! Watched the first new ep and just quit. I felt it had been getting a little worse each season but one episode in on this new one and I knew it was over for me.

There are a lot of really good parts to the season but adding 20 new story lines to the finale season is an odd choice. Seasons 2, 4 and 1 once they got away from the CW look were by far the high points.

Hell they could have ended it on the season 5 finale and almost been a better ending. I was hoping for a more brutal ending honestly.

Unfortunately they didn't have much choice - Bob Morley "wanted to take some time away from the series". Awkward spot to do that during the final season lol, but he must have had his reasons.

Bumping because I just watched the series with my wife and sons (16 and 15). Decent stuff if you have teens - mine were into it, and wife and I liked it more than not. Sure it was often farfetched and lots of plot lines were dragged out or convoluted, but overall it was a pretty good watch.

I've seen some rank the seasons, but here's my character ranking:
