Lol 4 of the games are for original xbox. Also def what kind of hard drive is it? Is it included in the package? So there's no way you're going below 250. You can get a new elite with Halo ODST and Forza 3 with a headset for 250.

EDIT- What's it mean if it's "banned"?

Banned means xbox has banned your xbox from ever using their online services through that console again
