Hello everyone,

I am going to LV in june to play some WSOP PLO events.

The first one is the #19 event 565$ re-entry and I can entry either at 10 am or at 5 pm.

What time would you recommend if you want a field as soft as possible?

I think poker pros should play at 5pm because they normally play at night, but on the other hand, we should find some businessmen who just finished their work and want to play poker on friday night.

So what do you think?

You have to beat the best in order to win a wsop bracelet. I dont't think the starting time will have a dramatic effect on your experience or outcome in this tournament. Best of luck! You picked a great tournament to play. Enjoy!

This might have been the softest field I've ever seen in anything last year, can't remember what time I played but I don't think I woke up before 10 am all summer.

Anyone who comes at 10 a.m. is less likely to be a rec i think.

Even though the night is likely to be better action-wise, being well-rested for day 2+/ other tournies , being able to play other good cash/tournies friday if you bust the day, still making playing the day very reasonable. There should still be plenty of recs.

I hadn't thought about playing both flights and turning this into a $5k or $10k event.

Probably becomes GTO to stop re-buying on flight A and wait for flight B at some point but I'm not at all familiar with re-buy strat for multiple flight type events.
