This is a common spot I find myself in play HU PLO, what is the best was to play a hand like this

$3/$6 Pot Limit Omaha Hi
CakePoker
2 Players
Hand Conversion Powered by weaktight.com

Stacks:
SB ZZZi***10 ($684.50)
BB Hero ($1,544.25)

Pre-Flop: ($9, 2 players) Hero is BB 6 4 2 3
ZZZi***10 raises to $18, Hero calls $12

Flop: J 3 5 ($36, 2 players)
Hero checks, ZZZi***10 bets $30, Hero raises to $126, ZZZi***10 raises to $414, Hero calls $288

I decide that I would call the 4 bet flop and check/fold if the board paired on the turn. What is the best play with a hand like mine, just shove or do what I did? I pretty sure you can rule out folding to his 4 bet.

Let me know if you want me to post the results.

so you think there's only sets in his 4betting flop range??

this just means you'll be folding the turn incorrectly some % if you're wong about him ONLY having sets here, and it's not like you'll have fold equity on turn- so just shove flop and hope to hit.

I like lead 3bet AI more than CR but yeah, u cant ever fold. Check call is ok if u have reason to belive u dont have any fold equity since u are usually behind slioghtly, but it is soo nitty.

You read it right that he is weak, but i think youre actually bluffing with best hand here very very often, so I like check call better.

Just ship the flop for the reasons adiprene said.

He likely has the low hand with 85432, but unfortunately Hero is playing Omaha Hi

You think we're bluffing with the best hand with a pair of 3's? Given our hand what could v possibly have that he hasn't hit better than us?

The bluff on the end is just awful unless v has mubs. Another j makes it less likely you have one, you couldn't possibly have 2 pair with that flop, You wouldn't raise the flop with a j with a decent kicker, you rarely have a set of 8's, so that leaves a set of 5'a or 3's which is the only thing that makes sense, but surely if you call with xx55 or xx33 your range is wide enough to call that bet, especially at about 4-1 odds.

In fact I would think that v would call more because any low tp you may play this way just got counterfeited.

I would shove flop because v rarely has a set and would have a tough time calling with overpairs and A246 wraps given the strength of your perceived range.

If you guys don't checkraise here? What are you guys checkraising? Just sets and weak draws/air?

hot and cold equity-wise this hand is in the bottom 16% of all hands, just going to throw that out there.

Oh yeah I fold preflop versus an unknown. Maybe not an unknown on Cake though.

Agree with pre being borderline, do you play the flop differently? Would it change when playing 3/6 (hypothetically) as opposed to more highstakes games?
