Turned set of Kong’s on 4 to a flush

Turned a set off f Kong’s at plo55. Have about 1200 preflight and flop is me and two other $50 pre reraised pre. Flop is two spades queen xx and opponent bets about 125. I call and one other calls. I’m first to act and last to act bet. I flop set of Kong’s do I bet here or check and see if it could retailers flop better with two to act. I opted to check but feel a bet of half pot is better as could induce a raise with kq straightening and four flush out there. Pretty sure either way is ok but think betting around 60 to 65 percent of time is optimal? Sorry for wording in post appreciate it
