Dunno why u think he has JJ way more than 66. He will play them the same
way, and its a small limp so perhaps its more likely he has JJ, but lots
of 66 combos he will play. He did have 66 also. A pretty weak 66 hand
so
But if you say fold I'm okay with that, could certainly be the right play
Both for the sakes of improving your own play, as well as making it easier for others to give you feedback, consider trying to catch all the key details - including exact suits of each card - of the hand, stack depth in particular being of key importance.
Forgetting postflop play, 66 just doesn't turn up in very many preflop hands, JJ turning up in a lot more.
I couldn't say how many PLO satellites I've played, probably not more than a dozen or so lifetime, but I've played a decent number of PLO MTTs and both correct and common strategy is to complete a decent chunk of AAxx from the sb, particularly unsuited.
Be careful not to fall into the trap of overvaluing blockers.
