Hello! I start working on my post-flop game and found that I over fold to CB drastically both IP and OOP. I don't have enough BR to buy Monker. So I am searching for some videos which will explain defend strategy vs CB both OOP and IP. Could you suggest me some? Also, I find myself lost in 3way+ situations, so would be great if you have would suggest me some videos or articles on this topic as well. Thanks ahead!

Anything I would suggest will cost you money either by an upfront fee or recurring monthly subscription. That's if you want something good.

I do have subscriptions to JNPoker and RIO but I cannot find a good video for flop defense strategy.

Consider the possibility that you are seeing the flop with too wide of a range or that you are not floating enough, so look for info in those areas.
