Is there a link to playable hands preflop?

Ones with which to be first raiser, one to be second raiser and hands with which I should call all bets, or call first raiser, but fold to second and 3rd reraise?

For instance, is 9-10-J-Q double suited calling all bets preflop depending on stack sizes?

For context, I like the game, but beginner.

like suited aces and 4 cards together. But get pushed around preflop a ton with hands I'm sure have equity to avoid variance as I learn the intricacies. And some of the **** I see players I believe to be winning players shocks me.

Sure they know how to play post flop really well.

I found the few articles I've read so far on omahaplanet quite interesting, none of it gives specifics on positional starting hands but it's a start

Way more combos in PLO than NL which makes listing them pretty tricky.. I would ...

1. Go to stats thread and find out reasonably good positional opening ranges
2. Use that info with pro poker tools to get an idea of the type of hands you should be opening

To your question, QJT9 double suited I am pretty much calling all preflop action, if not raising a lot of spots.
