UTG is 27/18 over 45 hands, HJ is 62/34 0% 3b over 34 hands, not much for reads.
UTG ($730 stack) opens for $70. 1 fold, HJ ($3400) flats, 2 folds, Hero ($2080) Squeezes BB to $290 with KcKhTd7s, 2 calls.
Flop: 7c 5h 3d ($880, Hero $1810, UTG $450, HJ covers)
Hero checks? , UTG checks, HJ bets $250, Hero?
Should I be betting $225 with my range here? It seems pretty obvious that I'm folding to a jam in HJ's shoes.

This is a standard check 3 way when oop.
Question for you, if you bet are you bluffing or value betting?
This flop does not connect with your range at all and can easily hits villains. If u bet, it would then be a bluff, and not a very convincing one.

Since UTG is playing w 40bb and pretty much all-in on this flop i'd say we are HU here and i'd cbet here happy to gii vs UTG and fold if HJ comes over the top.
But man, that squeeze pre is the worst i've seen this year, worlds easiest checkbehind pre.
This is the problem w squeezing garbage, you hit 1/10 flops and you're OOP and will have to c/f so many flops since people don't fold to 3b pre so this flop will be 3way alot.

Pre is awful. Cbet as played, maybe 1/2 psb. Its not clear we can plan many profitable bet/fold lines, which is why you really want to have things like bdfds that can baul you out when you get trapped.

If I'd have made that terrible pre raise, then I'd very likely have led $225 or less. As that lets UTG jam to $450 and you can still reopen the betting. Leaving HJ with a tougher choice knowing you can gii. You still have the problem that he won't believe you hit this flop, but at least you put more pressure on.
HJs actual bet is interesting as the betting can't reopen, so why'd he pick that amount -- mistake, a monster to lure you in, strong draw..dunno.
