Villain seemed like a weak player.

I feel like i'm a little to passive in spots 150bb or deeper but is this flop a standard raise GII? Especially against a weak opponent?

You might have a rake problem.

With 100bb stacks at PLO50 the rake would normally have you not play Q9J5/ds and the bottom would be one pip higher at Q9J6/ds. However, you are playing deep so that might overcome the rake, but I'm not sure. The hand history says GG Poker. All I've heard is the rake at GG Poker is horrible without an awesome rake back deal.

i would raise it, but I do not believe this hand qualifies as high stakes.

Agreed. If this hand was played high stakes instead of mid stakes I would isolation raise and call if I get 3-bet. Furthermore, as played, I'm calling the flop bet and trying to get to showdown as cheaply as possible. I am only going into bet mode if I end up with a jacks full house (or if turn/river are Ad and Kd giving me the nut flush).

Poker is definitely not dead with the number of people open limping in the CO.

Moving up in stakes and playing deep are different birds for sure when you consider all the action you get when a table opens and it's a shove-fest trying to 3x your stack .. and then play deep (differently).

I don't think calling is too passive here, it's probably smart depending on how BB/CO play. What cards are good on the Turn? What cards are you now 'forced' to flat on the Turn due to an opponent donking into you? Why call/place a much larger bet on the Turn when you can pot control by flatting? What happens if a 2 hits? Now you are counterfeited by slow-played over-pairs as well.

This seems like the classic hand where you have to re-suck OTR to take down the pot. Worse wraps/flushes aren't going to pay you off if you try to get value on three streets.

IMO the 2 pair is 'hidden' and you can bet your equity on the Turn if you pick up another pair/wrap type card. Wouldn't it be great if a Jack-flush combo is involved here? You are in a great position to get max value if ahead and limit your loss when bad Turns come out. GL
