Villian is an aggromonkey playin 57/23 with AFq OTR of just 12%. His fold to cbet is pretty low, 50% OTF and 33% OTR.
Ok, pre is debatable, but I decide to 3bet my KKxx. OTF I think is standard. OTT a bad card hits, so I prefer to pot control and see a river.

OTR we have just a weak bluffcatcher, but he bets so small that he can sometimes just block with stuffs like JJ+FD. What you think about calling with that amazing odds? Or it's always a fold?

Poker Stars $400.00 Pot Limit Omaha Hi - 5 players

BTN: $420.64

Pre Flop: ($6.00) Hero is BB with 8 K Q K
2 folds, BTN raises to $14, SB calls $12, Hero raises to $56, BTN calls $42, SB calls $42

Flop: ($168.00) 5 4 2 (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $123.75, BTN folds, SB calls $123.75

Turn: ($415.50) 3 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks

I think this is a pretty easy fold .... you are most likely beat here

i think even donkeys would bet bigger to bluff here in such a good spot. he probably had some fishy 2 pair hand.

what we accomplish if we pot turn? I don't see so many hands that call flop and fold turn. A lot of straight hits, with a lot of Ax, he just fold weak FD (the only hand we like to see), small OP and weak 2P - the only best hand we can make fold.

It's a question - why u prefer to pot turn?

-a str8 would lead turn frequently
-a high fd has 10 outs

ballpark,
geting it in bad =-$150
giving a free card = -$100

I thought about this for over a day although there isnt much to think about.

I'm still tempted to call but not completely convinced.

since you checked on turn you have to fold river.

How does this relate to making the GTO play? What if Villain is almost always ahead when getting to the river which makes folding our entire turn check through range okay?

LOL. Don't do this. This is terrible.

I fold river, even though he could have some weird blocker 66xx+fd or whatever.

-villain`s valuebet size otr is 1/3 pot,
therefore his bluff size should be same.

-we never fold to those small bets

results in villain has 0 bluffing value.
how can villain be profitable?

ofc things change if he has different sizes,
but ppl will be aware soon.....

Cannot call here. Smells like his A2-A5 holding got there, if not already there on the turn. He's got either 2 pair or straight with the Ace. I think he had a small flush re-draw, but not a bare flush draw for sure. I would fold. Actually I would block on the turn, then it would be an easier decision on the river.
