I assume you play 6-max. You are in SB/BB 16,7 times per 100 hands. If you loose less than 17bb/100 from the BB then all is good. If you loose more you are doing something wrong and would be better off folding all your BBs.
For the SB you should be losing close to 9bb/100.

Basically unless you own your opponents very hard postflop it is best to play very tight from the blinds.

imho that`s wrong,
always folding would give you -100bb/100 in bb and -50bb/100 in sb

btw,positional winrates are very misleading....
they have to be multiplied by the frequency you put money in...
e.g. mr.supertight vpip otb with aces only...what will give him >200bb/100....

tight players will always have better bb/100 than loose players in non-blind positions and vice versa

as mentioned earliyer anything better than -50bb/100 in sb and -100bb/100 in the bb is ok.
If you have worse bb/100 than this you should obv start folding everything and take it from there.

good bb/100's from different positions at midstakes 6-max PLO on stars is imo:
sb: ~-20bb/100 +
bb: ~-35bb/100 +
early: ~12bb/100 +
middle: ~18bb/100 +
cutoff: ~25bb/100 +
button: ~35bb/100 +

I'm tired, but imo this is wrong.

mr.supertight, will have a huge winrate on the hands he will actualy play, but his winrate on the button won't be higher/lower than the one of the loose player (per se) as all hands he is playing the button will count.
Multiplying by the frequencies is not necessary as both players have the same frequency of hands they play on the button (1/6).

Mr.Supertight will play 4 hands in 200 and win 24BB => 12BB/100
Mr. Looseygoosey will play 170 hands in 200 and win 24BB => 12BB/100

What j.a.o.p. said would be true if you added the filter of VPIP = true, but without that filter what he said is wrong.
