Raise - A lot of turn cards that make your straight will kill your action versus overs or give you further outs. If BB has a connected rundown hand he will still call and you'll often be free rolling them.

Raise, and it's not to isolate. It's to build the pot so when you hit your K,Q,J, or 8, you have an easy bet/shove on turn/river.

fold pre. just call flop (you dont want to get it in against his gii range) + you can semi bluff turns on many turns

On the flop, the pot should be 42 BB with ~190BB behind. Re-raise pot is basically all in.

I don't see point in raising the flop with dead money, 1player already all in when you have a draw.

I voted other. Would flat call on flop with intention of bluffing certain cards that make a low wrap if stack sizes allow it.

Ultimately, I think calling and betting turn on certain cards that don't improve you is correct.

But, I am beginner at this game.

And of course smashing when you get there!

I like a call and a pot raise on *almost* any turn card. Most players aren’t raising sets on this flop so potting there is a little transparent

Granted I'm a live cash guy but are people really folding this in the HJ?!

You’d have to be playing like a 15/10 to fold this so no, not many people i don’t think

I'm pretty aggro and don't really have a problem with folding pre-flop

I wouldn’t say it’s egregious or even that it’s a leak to fold in this spot but i don’t think it’s common practice

open is fine.
folding to the 3bet wouldn´t be too bad though

So I did some follow-up on this hand, pql ranks this hand higher than I expected at 14% 6h

I think this metric overstates its value (especially deep) and I would be deciding how profitable an open this is more based on the players at the table than as a 'standard' open

Certainly a great hand for advanced 6max range discussion, I only play live now so I haven't studied some of these spots to the extent I'd like to

This is a call. It's pretty simple: you don't have an equity advantage.

Villain will often share elements of your draw (or block outs) while often having some sort of pair or better high card to go with it. Stuff like AA[K-J][K-J], AAQ8, AAJ8, KKQ*, KKJ*,KQQ*, QQJ*, QJJ*, KQT*, KJT*, QJT*, AQJ*, AKJ*, plus some of the two pairs and sets. You're at an equity disadvantage against all of these, and all will be a part of a BB vs. MP squeezing range to some degree.

Folding to the 3bet in position getting a little better than 2:1 would be a disaster

disaster is such a strong word...
3 200bb stacks probably fine to call.
In a 100bb game or shorter, if they have reasonable ranges, in the worst relative position postflop, and if sb is somewhat competent, this hand is whack.
