In a recent post, was discuss when we raise a paired flop multiway we could be giving up our range to much.

Flop: 644

Stacks 150BB, limp pot 5ways.

BB pots, 1 fold, 1 call, 1 fold, and Hero are on the button.

Villains are somewhat decent, but is at the end of the session and they are playing loose. We have a thigh image.

In order to try to put some hands on the raising range, what hand would you choose?

Note that we could choose a hand from our calling or folding range in this spot. Not really sure what is best.

Lol, OP is fishing for answers from Ansky and Ben86 again. He is going to make poll after poll until he has a complete strategy.

Feel free to suggest some other type of hand, I thought having a 6 blocker might be important, not sure about double pair hands.

I think a pool is a simple way to participate, you don't have to write anything just click a button.

I will try to break it down and give my take on the alternatives (please correct me if something is off).

Hand 1:
We have 11 outs to improve, but and when we do, we are not going to making blind calls in later streets. People might not want to pick this hand because they like to have it in the calling range.

Hand 2:
We have 4 outs to improve, 2 outs to top set giving us implied odds to win a big pot. Again some people might want this type of hand on the calling range.

Hand 3:
We have 13 outs to improve, but again when we do, we are not going to making blind calls in later streets. By raising we might clean some of our outs from potential diamond draws from villains. This hand is the only one that don't have a 6 blocker, the possibility of we are drawing dead increases.

Hand 4:
We have 10 outs to improve, again when we do, we are not going to making blind calls in later streets and by raising we might clean some of our outs from potential diamond draws from villains.

Also is important to consider the immediate fold equity on the flop, that is reduce, but having a 6 and a Ace (blocks A4xx) might help.

I like having 6644 in this spot. It gives us blockers to top boat and blockers to trips, making it a good bluff candidate.

A lot of level one thinking going on here. What you want is total air since this makes it less likely villains are setting up a reraise shove with diamonds or 6 blocker.

I feel this is a interesting concept, but I understand some people doesn't feel the same.

Btw, what about inverting the board and make it 664? I think is even harder try to put hands on the raising range rather then value.
