Effective stacks are about 500-game is a 1/3 NL game. One of the players asked the table to start alternating 1 round of omaha in the mix to juice up the game.

I have no reads for omaha, but hero has been Tag for 5 hours tonight (viewed more nitty probably)

Most of the players are standard too loose passive in NL with little background in omaha (1-2 of the players are playing for the 2nd time)

I have folded pre the first 4 hands.

MP1 calls 3, hero pots 15 with A998, mp2 calls, hj calls (puts him all in), ones of the blinds calls and mp1 calls

You're a favorite vs any range hu. You're a monster favorite once it's 3-way. That plus all the dead money from preflop makes this a very good spot for you to get the money in.

I keep track of the pot. I didn't say pot when I first bet, I put in 75.

Thanks, I used cardplayer calculator after the hand when I knew the exact holdings and I was a favorite. Is cbettting best or check raising viable as well with multiple players acting behind me?

I think it's standard to bet in this spot because having it check through would be a disaster. You lose so much value and you might have to fold on some turns and not realize your equity.

I would just jam it in a live game. Nobody is paying attention to bet sizes.

omaha is a crazy game, i developed situations where i was a 74% favourite against the flopped nuts (straight), and even a 65% favourite on the TURN! against TOP SET! on a non straight board!!
draws are so powerful, get it in!
