So after villain pots it in a three way pot he will have a lot of combo draws, like king + flush draw, or straight draw + flush draw, maybe some two pairs (king doesn't really stretch to the 67 tho), sets especially KKK and maybe pair and wrap himself like KT98 with one diamond. You were right to check the first time imo, your hand is okay but not really that strong, we certainly don't want to stack off on the flop as we will either be slightly or way behind. I guess we will take it down some times if we bet big but probably not enough to justify it.

Once villain pots you have 9 nut outs. We know 7 cards, so there are 45 left, so you are 36:9 or 4:1 against improving on the turn. Here you aren't even that deep so you can't possibly justify a peel (unless you assume diamonds are good or something) because even if you get stacks in every time you hit it won't make up for it, especially as villain could be drawing very live even if you make a nut straight on the turn.

Pre it is an interesting idea, but I do not think this hand should call a raise and a reraise cold. You are just not going to smash the flop often enough in my estimation to make up for all the times you have to throw 11 bbs away check folding. And you could definitely get it in bad even if you do flop something, very often someone is going to have a slightly bigger rundown than you. Ten high hearts are obviously nothing to write home about.

I would fold pre. You are very often dominated.

Fold pre. You are sandwitched between the 3b aggressor and the original raiser with a junk hand.

Fold pre. Don't think we can fold flop on this sequence so ripping now. Rip because if sb is playing we prefer he play for all it and not get away from bad turns. Also may clean up some outs.
